Gives off alot of heat- fan blows hot air - warms basement when it is usually cool in basement.
Still have not received it
Model has changed & not for the better. It's a workhorse & removes moisture great. It's noisy (instead of being 4ft away, I had to move it 12ft away & the hum/whine is still heard). Controls are easy to use! After a 3 weeks I doubt it will last 10yrs like the original. Rec'd no casters!
Works great. Takes a lot of moisture, keeps my house and basement dry. Thanks SPT/home Depot . Love it
