Not work well

No manual included. Had to find online. O ring gaskets not maintain pressure so not making foamed milk at all. No packing slip either for return to the store. Poor experience all around.

Very easy to get a great quality Cup.

This is a very easy to use with great product output. It's not a $500. or $1000. dollar machine. so if you want dials and buttons, switches and figits, this won't do. But what it does it does well. We like the end result. Easy enough to not need a degree to fill my cup, with a good Latte or Cappuccino.

It broke down in less than a year

Brew head does not dispense water

I bought this as a gift. First use, we followed the instructions to prime the machine. The froth dispensing tube works but no water comes from the brew head. I cannot find a troubleshoot for this issue.

Great for Espresso Newbies

Have really enjoyed using this espresso maker. Perfect for a beginner like myself. Favorite part is the milk frother as I enjoy my drinks with a healthy dose of frothed milk. Would highly recommend.

The unit arrived without original package and without owner's manual. It's not the end of the world, but it's inconvenient to be in need to look for the manual on internet instead of pulling it out of the box.

Never receive coffee maker

I ordered 2 coffee makers, on 10.04.24, and never receive my items. I contact to costumer service and still not resolved issue, and did not get refund or replacement. Bad service.

just received it. came in a fed ex box, no instructions . just coffee maker wth loose parts. didnt come in the Chefman box. going to return it. i believe its a return item, not new.
