DON'T BUY IT

it worked great for a while but then due to poor design and a cheap gasket, ice in the icemaker starts melting leaking out spilling down the front of the refrigerator and onto the floor. The ice in the bin is a slushy mess. We had two Samsung qualified repairman come out with no luck fixing it. We were told Samsung offers $500 towards a new refrigerator. Pfft...no thanks.

Delivered Damaged

Was delivered to us with 2 new dents. Sent it back.

Love this fridge

I was so excited when we first ordered this guy, it had to be special ordered for us. This fridge literally does everything, it can even be locked so little ones can't get in, you can function everything with this fridge right at the door. You can view everything Inside without opening the door, I haven't explored everything yet as we just got it, but as you can add alaexa and has Bixby, you can literally run an office with this fridge, we don't have a smart home, but this fridge can make you feel like you do. If you get one I'm sure you'll love it, we also got a 5 year extended warranty as we read samsung is really hard to get to cover their products, we asked about this before purchase, this problem would have been the deciding choice between purchasing and not, as my husband did not want to purchase for this reason. Lowes assured us if we had a problem and asked to try to get problem resolved with Samsung first, however if it was obvious the reviews held, Lowes would take care of the problem from there. So we are off to see what happens, hopefully we just have a long good life with our new fridge. Hope this helps your concerns and decisions

Awful, frustrating experience and poor quality

I cannot even begin to explain the level of frustration I have with the Samsung company regarding my less than 4 year old refrigerator. Ours completely died 2 weeks ago and it took 5 days to even get access to a service ticket because they needed to "validate my warranty" and bounced back my receipt, even though all required information was included (I suspect a ploy to have people give up on coverage). I finally was able to speak with a service agent who explained that while I was outside of the 1 year warranty, I would be covered for 5 years for the sealed system and 10 years for the compressor. I scheduled an appointment with a local service tech through Samsung, being informed by both the Samsung agent and the service company owner of the local service company that a $140 diagnostic/service charge would be required BUT if it was the sealed system that would also be covered. I was held hostage over $140 because they refused to repair and the "extra care" agent never returned my call.

High tech refrigerator. Very nice. But i do have one basic question, where are the temperature controls to the freezer & refrigerator? Im still trying to figure this out. Great refrigerator!!!

Good fridge

I bought this fridge after my last Samsung fridge finally died after 12 years. I’ve had the new fridge for 3 months now. I like it, but i can tell things now and days are cheaply made. The side area of the fridge where we can put magnets gets easily scratched. Any little thing scratches it. My last fridge that last 12 years was not like that. That’s the only thing I will complain about.

my whole family just loves this refrigerator. never thought I would have a smart fridge, but it's been great so far. even my four year old loves to watch her cartoons while she eats and it makes her eat even more. that's a plus ➕️

Faulty Samsung Refrigerator Lowe’s no replacement

The Samsung refrigerator stopped working within 7 days of purchase. When I called Lowe’s for replacing the product, they said I am past the replace window of 48 hours and need to call Samsung for repair. Samsung repair scheduled an appointment for 6 days later hence had to stay without fridge for 6 days. If Lowe’s would have agreed to replace the fridge instead, I would have received it within 2 days. Very bad customer experience! Samsung said fridge would have been replaced if I had bought it from Samsung.com since they have 15 days replacement policy. So it makes me think if I should buy items from Lowe’s or Samsung directly next time?

This fridge is excellent. My kids love the family hub. No more kids art work taped on the fridge. We take pictures and display them. Oh, yay the fridge is very well organized and we love the ice options.

Its a good refrigerator and the door is a cool feature. The inside where the ice maker is doesn't leave much space to put items. So far happy with it.
