Great Product but Disappointing Small Issues

The hardware was a little rusty and the aluminum hood has a couple of small dents from shipping. Overall, the product itself is great and was easy to put together.

Great Heaters

These heaters give off great heat in a wide area. They are fairly easy to put together and we love that they have wheels for easy movement and placement. They are also very affordable. If you are looking for a standard outdoor heater, don't hesitate to purchase this one.

Wonderful heater

The box came early. Assembly was easy. The only thing I needed to purchase was sand to secure the base. Otherwise, happy how it works and the amount of heat that it generates, We also purchased the cover to protect it against the elements.

JUNK!!

Would not stay lit. Contacted customer service. Told us to send video of us trying to light it. Still didn't stay lit. Did that. Got an email from them stating that we needed to hold the button down longer. Held it down for 5 minutes. Still won't stay lit. The rest of their email stated that wr may need to "clean the thermocouple and if that doesn't work may need to replace the thermocouple". Are you joking me! This is a brand new heater. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Lessoned learned. Do not buy from this company!!!!

Putting It Together!

Wow! Its a challenge to put it together! Im on day 2 of construction. Its difficulty is based in the non-acurate drawing of the parts and how they fit together. Once you get pass step 1, it gets a bit easier. I am now looking at how I will complete this alone. As the Unit is about 6' tall, its difficult to handle. I would recommend a 2-person construction. Also, some sections are pre-constructed which also confuses the construction process.

Great price for a good looking sturdy heat lamp!

I could not believe the price on this heat lamp! My husband just put it together and we could not believe the heat it generated. We love to dine outdoors and I have been waiting to get one of these heat lamps for quite some time. We are very happy with this purchase. We found the lowest setting to work perfectly at a short distance from the table. The people seated on the opposite side also felt warm on the low setting.

Propane

The heater won’t work when it get to cold because the propane tank freezes up. The temperature got down to low 50 degrees and the flames turn down I checked the tank and it was completely out of propane in less than 2 hours I change the tank and the same thing happens. When the tank freezes it burn the liquid faster.

Quality is great! Price was on point! Highly recommend this item! We bought it for our outdoor patio on second floor and just love it. Provides plenty of warmth! I have not been able to find one of this quality for such a great price! We use it on our upstairs balcony in the winter and I love it highly recommend

Certainly pleased with this heater. Assembly was easy, the only challenging part was getting the protective cover off the heat reflector. Looks very nice and this thing pumps out a ton of heat. On a cold day we fired it up on low end I was getting hot sitting by it. Really great heater and I'll probably buy more

Beautiful

These are really nice except it was a pain to assemble. A lot of small pieces to put together and the tape that protects the tin top was such a pain to remove very time consuming. But once put together they look very high quality and definitely great price for the product. Could sell these for much more great quality. Maybe the price was so low because of the effort it takes to assemble.

Good Second Heater

I had to purchase this brand for a second heater as the first brand was sold out. Have to admit I like this one better. Easier to assemble for some reason, although they're pretty much identical, and the hole in the cannister allows me to insert my hand to turn the gas cannister open and closed. The other model I have to lift up to adjust.

Good heat production

Heater is easily assembled and has a relatively small footprint. There is no cover included. I had to buy it separately so not quite the exact size and shape. The amount of heat generated is adequate for the space. It is not an attractive style, but don't know how this utilitarian object can be made to look better.
