Still waiting for my order

I ordered a tea kettle on Sept 6th and I haven't received

Excellent quality beautiful kettle

Fantastic Kettle - had a Farberware for over 20 years but it finally died. So happy to find a new one that is good quality, looks good, heats up fast and whistles too.

Searched a long time to find a tea pot and lucky for me found the perfect one at Macy's and at a great price. Love it so far!

I would give this product 0 stars!!!!. after one month the black around the whistler disintegrated and pieces come off in tea or coffee. Piece of garbage. I expected better from farberware

Awesome Tea Kettle

Didn't arrive when it was supposed to, made me reschedule my vacation. It was at the fault of the company that shipped it. They took their time getting it shipped out. I wouldn't ever buy anything else that comes from that company.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Never received it. The one star is for the worst customer service ever. Have submitted THREE tickets and have never received a response, only acknowledgement that the tickets were received and that I would hear back in 1-2 busioness days. The first was submitted a month ago. Called, no one to speak with, automated message said to submit a ticket online. They're kidding, right? Used to love Farberware, but I'm done with this company, just awful!

Great tea kettle to open the lid to see the right amount of water in your pot. Handle does not get hot and is sturdy and easy to use when squeezed it opens the spout.

This brand new tea kettle has rust forming or the edge of the cap and the rim of the kettle.

I need to return the whistling kettle

I purchased a whistling kettle. I need to return it as it does not ergonomically fit my hand well. I have been trying to contact Faberware and I sent an email today. I would like a return goods authorization number (or whatever you need for me to return it as I only used it once) so that I can get a refund for my order SH31152-FBW. Please respond. Thank you.

I have many of the Farberware things, however the kettle which I like melted. I’m very upset the spout melted. Won’t buy again.

Already rusting

One day over the allowed time to return and I have noticed rust forming in the bottom of the teapot!!! Don't waste your money!
