I like it , small compact and easy to install. It also support 15A circuit which most installation have wiring for.

This unit is easy to install, plugs right into a socket, and works wonderfully. I installed this unit under a 3 sink setup. Utilizing PEX lines, it was done in 20 minutes. 5 sec, 7 sec, and 8 seconds respectively to get hot(very) to each of the faucets. I needed this setup because the hot water source is quite far away and a huge waste of water and time waiting for heated water.

I purchased this water heater to use on a hand sink in a food cart. I had this unit installed and it did not work at all. You could hear the relay/switch click on but the unit would not hear the water at all. I called stiebel and they went through a procedure with me on checking the unit and determined it was a bad unit. I had to buy a unit locally due to time constraints. I asked websteraunt for a refund/return and they did not want to let me return the unit and told me to talk with stiebel directly for a replacement. Stiebel told me to contact websteraunt for a return authorization and get my money back from them. I ended up sending the unit to stiebel and they are supposed to refund websteraunt and hopefully I will get a refund from someone. I have bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from websteraunt and was not expecting to get the run around on a little purchase like this. Hopefully if you purchase this unit you have better luck than I did.

Everything I expected

Easy to install. If you live in a cold climate you can use a long flex hose (5 or 6 feet) for the supply side and this will keep some water at room temperature until the water heater kicks in. Make sure you have all the air out of the water line before you turn the power to the unit on or you will burn out the heating element.

Small and effiecent Point-of-use

The unit is small and fit anywhere in the Bathroom Vanity Cabinet, I had to install a dedicated 30A breaker with 10G cable.
