Perfect Size, Perfect Flush, Perfect Looks

This toilet has worked great in our space. We had originally looked at an elongated design but it was going to stick out more than halfway into the bathroom. This is the perfect size. Powerful flush and it looks great too.

I was a little nervous ordering two toilets online but the company was very good to deal with. Would definitely order from them again in the future. Product is as expected.

It took some modifications to the plumbing but once installed we are pleased with the new toilet!

ELONGATED WASHLET DESIGN FLAW

I originally got the round Washlet [due to an ordering mishap]... and then got the corrected elongated one.... HOWEVER, I prefer the round one... the little lights that indicate which functions are operational were behind the open lid on the round Washlet, and are in front of the open lid on the elongated one. This is NOT a problem in the daytime, HOWEVER, at night, the lights are WAAAYYYYYYYY too bright.... I put tape over one, and then another piece of tape and its still too bright..... this is a design flaw....

Duo water release switch in the top of the toilet

Nice product. The only thing that I would change is the duo water release switch in the lid has different release tensions in all three toilets.

This is the second one I have purchased, so that says it all. I love the height and I like how compact it is.I bought it for the ease of cleaning the outside, but it is great overall. Limited spaces determine what style I can buy, but i is nit a negative in this case.

Purchased this toilet for a guest bathroom that we remodeled. The previous one was very low and old. Can't say enough how much of an improvement this one is. The height is very comfortable and I like the dual flush option to conserve water as we're on a limited supply well.

Came boxed and palletized, so had some detritus. Installation was problematic due to the recesses for the flange bolts. Need small hands, long fingers to get them started.
