[Rewarded Review] Pain of a company

I would recommend this product but not the seller. We didn’t get one of the slides or a piece for the slide they did send to attach it to the play set. Once I told them which pieces were missing and sent pictures from their manual they were difficult to even get them to send them. They said I would get them within 3-5 business days. Well today was day 5 and I still haven’t received them.

This item is a third party seller it is not coming from walmart. They mever reached out to schedule a delievery date. I contacted so many people asking for it to be dilivered for bed bath and beyond to tell me they have the item but if it does not get dilvered they will charge me $400 for sending it back. I told them the delivery company does not have me in the system they said I was given misinformation. And they are going to charge me $400 for an item i never recieved. going back and forth for about two weeks they finally realized on their end they did not know where my VERY EXSPENSIVE package was and said they would give me a refund. This whole purchasing process was a MESS!!! Never recieved the item and finalky i will not be charged for it. Horrible experince no one was helping during the process they kept putting me in circles to speak with someone else. I asked mutiple times for a manager or higher up phone number i never recieved. Walmart helped with what they could but the seller bed bath and beyond wanted to fight to charge me for the item I did not recieve. Never again will i be trusting my money with walmart for a large purchase.

First the order took multiple weeks to arrive. Second it now does not have all the parts nd wayfair keeps wanting to blame the manufacturer and the manufacturer wants to blame wayfair. I don’t care who is at fault but I want my money back and they can pick up this worthless product.

Not too shabby

Its an ok product and will work, still getting it assvled so far there was some hardware missing as well as 2 boards for the slide support (middle braces between the legs) the wood itsself is very light and prone to splitting so be careful with your drill. The lumber is smaller dimensions that typical construction lumber but seeing my.baby boy pumped about it makes it well.worth the price especialy compared to bigger heavier duty playgrounds. This will outlast his love for it no question. Best tips are be organized take your time, and have help.

I’m not going to lie, you need someone very detailed experienced in building to build this. Took the whole weekend from sunup to past down to get this built in 108 degrees temperatures-it was rough! It seems really well made, sturdy. The slides are a bit flimsy to what I expected. A few things our builder is still working on to make this more sturdy for our little one.

This is still in perfect shape - like new!

Couldnt return like I wanted. When i tried to sell it they didnt have the right bolts and directions didnt match. Tube slide doesnt even match up, they didnt label anything.

Great! We've had it for 1 year and it's held up well!

I love this...my grands and neighbors children,calls my back yard a PLAYGROUND!!

The product is good and is as expected from the description and pictures. The issue was with shipping the product. It took several months to be delivered which was expected during these times. But then the tunnel slide was missing and it took and 9 months to resolve and get the right part. Take away the delivery issues and I am satisfied.

Fell apart in a few years. Can't handle the weather.

Overall my children love the playset so far. I was a little wary of the slide on the side that curves slightly, but my 3 and 4 year old go down it easily without falling off the edge. We hired a team of 3 men to assemble, and it took them about 5 hours.

Nice set. Wish there was more support for the twist slide. There were missing bolts not included

love this set and grand kids love this that play on this all day and that sleep all night very good exercise for a little one . a little tricky to put together but I gutter done...

Kids love it!! It’s made of much sturdier wood than our last wood swing set, which is important here in Florida. Some of the instructions were hard to follow, and some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up, but all-in-all wasn’t difficult for my husband to assemble by himself.

Grandkids just love their play yard, their dad didn’t enjoy putting it together but got it done

We’ve had this over two years and it’s held up well. My husband put this together by himself over a weekend. He said the enclosed slide took the most time. Great buy.
