Just had this installed today looks great. Burners were easy to calibrate and oven heats up quickly.

We have owned this range for three years. The first year and half my wife loved it and it was exactly as we had hoped for. Then the oven thermostat failed We had it replaced at a cost of $500 with service charge. We are in the process of replacing another. The control knob spline appears to have been damaged then over time just fell off. Apart from this we like the stove for its function and clean simplicity

Great Looking, Easy to Use Stove

Beautiful build quality, easy to install, tight tolerances. My biggest complaint is that the oven is a little more intricate to adjust than I'd like, but it is still very intuitive. It was out of the box and operational in six minutes, so I'm not complaining.

Excellent Professional Range

We have loved our 36 inch professional range. The choice of burners is excellent - ranging from slow simmer to quick boil. The oven keeps temperatures level and heats quickly. Solid craftmanship and cleans pretty easily.

Yikes, have to be a physicist to operate it

We just moved into a new house that had this new stove already in it. Nothing makes sense with using the oven. The displays are ridiculous, and can’t find anything that resembles a clock even though the manual says there is one! And changing the temp is so convoluted that it takes a 12-step program to do anything with the oven!

Spacious Oven!

I bought this range during my kitchen remodel and decided to purchase a 36" because it went where the refrigerator was. Cooks great, spacious oven although my only gripe is the actual controls. ive had so many problem just turning on the oven and trying to set the temp. theres only an up and down button and takes forever to get to a certain degree.

Almost Perfect

I wanted a high performing, straight forward, and beautiful oven, without all the extraneous elements and WIFI components that almost every range has these days. Be aware that the sides are black, not stainless steel, so it’s meant to be placed between countertops, not free standing. This range is simple but stunning and looks gorgeous in my kitchen. My complaint is the convection oven which is incredibly loud. I wasn’t able to find a fully gas range and oven in my price range so I’m not happy about the outlandish noise. I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but it won’t be my forever oven because of this.

This is a handsome addition to my kitchen and I look forward to using it for many years, I just wish you had included a Use and Care information sheet. My daughter had to help me contact you. I am not tech savvy, so this is an added burden to me.

Cheap piece of garbage

I've had this range for less than 24 hours and I'm finding that it's a cheaply made piece of garbage. First, read the reviews on the Thor website closely and note the odd names, the missing punctuation, and the missplaced upper and lower case letters and I think you'll likely see what I see - they're all fake. Regarding the unit, the legs are not adjustable so you can't level out the unit if the floor isn't perfectly straight. The burners make high pitched whistling sounds. The buttons on the control panel are loose and won't sit straight. When you adjust the cooking temperature, it goes up or down by either one degree or, if you hold the Up or Down buttons, the temperature speeds up or down, making it impossible to be accurate. Like I said, it's as cheaply made piece of garbage. If I could return this thing after using it about three times, I would. Instead, I'm going to eat the $2,200 I paid, buy a better range, and make sure I leave thorough and negative reviews on this piece of garbage everywhere I can online.

Cheaply made garbage

This Thor range could not be more disappointing. First, all of the reviews are sourced from the Thor website. Take a close look at the names of the people who left reviews, where they're from, and you'll likely conclude they're almost all fake. That was my first mistake. We had the 36" model LP model installed yesterday. The feet of the stove are not adjustable so you have to wedge shims under the feet to level it. The middle front burner makes a high pitched whistling noise. One of the buttons on the control panel was installed upside down. I contacted support yesterday but still no reply. What is most disappointing is the oven has a cooling fan that runs when the oven is on, when the broiler is on, and it runs for about 10 minutes after the oven is turned off, so forget about eating your dinner in peace and quiet. This range is basically a $2,200 rip off, and I mean big time.
