Great product/bad shipping

The product is very well made but it took 2 weeks to arrive after an error was made in shipping twice.

Excellent build quality, Will last a very long time as it is build with quality materials. This helps the fire pit burn cleaner and direct the heat equally around. I strongly recommend to buy this kit along with the tiki Reunion. Very Satisfied.

GREAT FIRE PIT... so easy to light off woth Tiki Fire Starter pack. Ash cleanup simple. Love how screen and heat deflector fir together. Solo does not jave that option to use screen and deflector plate together, it's one or the other. And BIG bonus is how deflector plate, screen, and screen lid all store neatly together inside the REUNION and the the table top lid fits over everything and the cover protects the whole bundle including fire pit.

Works as it should as long as you follow the guide lines. Definitely is smokeless with the dry wood I have love it we spend a lot of times outdoors the grandkids like it it’s not intimidating to them therefore they stay by it. Great buy.

Generates Too Much Smoke

Beautiful exterior, but it generates too much smoke. I want to love it if someone can explain how to minimize the smoke it produces with wood. I made sure the wood is dry, below the ring, and clean of ashes, but to no avail...Please help!

Treasured new addition to the backyard

Our whole family loves this fire pit! If it was up to our teenagers we'd use it nightly (lol, I'm now buying s'mores ingredients in bulk). The fire pit is a great addition to our backyard, super stylish, fun, and useful. And when it's not in use, the tabletop cover is an awesome way to use the fire pit as an extra outdoor table.

Great for the price

Excellent construction and very sturdy. Heat is radiated completely around the circumference. Very easy to clean. It emits less smoke than a regular fire pit.

Quality and performance

Purchased the fire pit and heat deflector and was surprised in the superior quality. My son has a Solo and the Tiki outperformed hands down. Much better looking unit as well. Was skeptical of the heat deflector performance at first but it makes a huge difference.

This thing works wonderfully. I only wish the add on for the unit was a bit cheaper.

Reunion smokeless fire pit

The reunion smokeless fire pit was exactly as advertised. Beautifully and durably constructed, and highly efficient at keeping smoke suppressed. My wife is VERY picky about her hair smelling like smoke and breathing in smoke when sitting by a fire, however this is a total game changer for her. The heat deflector and cage is a nice addition by helping push heat down to our feet. You’re not going to regret this fire pit.

A very well made and designed product

I saw this online and thought it looked so much nicer than the other brands that look like a turkey fryer (big silver can). I was worried though because I never saw it in person. I looked up the reviews and they all seemed very good so I bought it along with all the accessories (heat deflector/top screen & poker/tabletop for when not in use). It works very well and makes a nice fire. It is smoke-free once the wood gets burning good and depending on the type of wood you are burning. It's very easy to clean. The next day I go out and take an empty coffee can and scoop the ashes from the bottom tray into it. Then i take the bottom ash pan out and go dump them. Takes no more than a few minutes. It is expensive but also very high quality. I like how it looks and how it functions so to me it is worth it.

We were uncertain about getting a smokeless fire pit but after we saw one used at a friends house, we decided to purchase our own. We’ve used ours several times now and we love that we don’t smell like a fire afterwards. This is a great product.

Save Your Money

Save your money! Only smokeless with $9 per bag wood chips. Even with very small piñon wood it smokes! Totally regret buying it.

Quality Issues

The fire pit itself is well built, but the quality of construction is not. The outside shroud is not uniform and seems bent and bowed out in areas and is not uniform. For a fire pit at this price I would expect much better. It was well packaged so I dont believe this was a shipping issue.

Best Patio Investment in Years!

We were looking to replace our propane fire table with something that had more character and more heat. This fir the bill perfectly. Beautifully built and more attractive than the competitors. Easy to light and burns great. Very little smoke when its up to temp. The flexibility to run wood or pellets is great. And it throws heat, even without the heat deflector in place. The heat deflector was a nice add on to expand the radius and push heat down towards your legs. Tremendous value in this unit!
