Horrible! Don’t buy!

Used to be fiberglass and now foam. Doesn’t have the right pitch and they crack easily! Easier to put a liner down and pour mortar in the shape and slope you want. Much cheaper as well.

Wrong item

I ordered a pan with a right sided drain and was sent a center draining pan. I contacted lowes and was told to take the incorrect item to the local store and they would likely send out a new pan that would arrive in two to three weeks. I explained that would put me well behind schedule on my remodel and was informed "sorry. Wish we could help."

The only reason I did not rate the Tile Redi...

The only reason I did not rate the Tile Redi Redi Base as Excellent with 5 stars was because it neglected to include the adhesive for the tile as advertised. Halting the contractor and finding a replacement for the adhesive was an added headache plus expensive.

Expensive, but worth it....

Read the instructions, love it!! once in I installed the tiles and my bathroom looks like something out of Vegas. Once I received the pad, I was taken back, it looks light and flimsy, but it sure did the trick. I feel it was a bit expensive, but your paying $300 for a standard pad, spend a little more and have a tile floor!
