I loved this seat when I purchased it. A year later, it started falling down on its own. It would not stay up and had to be held in place while my husband used the toilet. I did receive a new seat via the warranty, but the second one ended up doing the same thing around the same amount of time later. Right now it is falling and the connection is loose and won't stay tightened. In all, I'm glad I bought it because it was a game changer for my little ones. No potty chair toppers all over the bathroom (or sliding off with my kids on them). The hardware definitely needs work. if you want something to last more than a year, this isn't it. If you want a convenient little chair while you potty train your kids, maybe check it out with the knowledge that these things will probably go wrong.

Toilet seat attachment broke

Bought this 3 years ago for our oldest. This week it broke so we'll need to get something else for our youngest. The thing that broke is the connection between the seat and the toilet. Notice how thin those things are. They just snapped. I suspect the material isn't real durable either.

nice seat for the money

this seat works well the issue is we had a soft close seat that the hinge broke so the seat slams down every once in a while from my grandson i hope it doesn't brake.

It's very good, except that the nuts/bolts that it comes with are flimsy, so we had to get other one separately. The seat is fairly easy to install and it really helps when you have a little kid!

I work in a child are facility and we put one in all our restrooms the kids room. They are wonderful! The kids are excited to use them and those who "feel older" don't have to pull down the smaller seat. The seats are very sturdy. The only thing I wish it had was soft closings. But overall, adults and children a like love it!

Wish I would have purchased one years ago when we started our potty training journey!
