Best towel warmer!

I have tried those rack design warmers and they take too long and do not heat the towel evenly. Bought one of these several years ago and when it finally quit, i immediately bought another just like it. Heats quickly and evenly. Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend

Well I cheated and found it at the thrift store it was still brand new and wrapped in all it's plastic I paid 14$ for it... the button didn't work. But I bought it second hand so I took it apart and the screws were missing from the button area but luckily I am married to a handy man who fixed it! So if you buy it and it doesn't turn on the website will send you a free brand new one because I came here to ask questions just make sure you bought it from the store or online to get that offer from them! They were very nice and helpful and I highly recommend! I just placed a costco order for a new one as we are a big family of 6 almost 7! And this is going to be handy! And it heats up way more then towels

Update: warranty replacement broke within a few months as well. Horrible quality issues. Didn't' even get a full year out of the original + replacement

Absolutely love my new Zadro towel warmer!

The towel warmer is the perfect size for two large towels. I love to also lay my pajamas on top of the towels so they get warm too! Have always enjoyed a relaxing bath. The warm towels and pj’s just takes the experience to another level! Because, after all…I deserve it😉. Thanks Zadro!

Do not buy!

I bought this towel warmer as a gift for a family member about 3 months ago. She was so excited to try it, but after three uses it stopped working. It won’t turn on at all! Crate and Barrel wouldn’t offer a replacement either because it’s out of the 30 day window- even thought it was a defective product. Such a bummer and not worth the buy!

I don't have a convenient

I don't have a convenient spot to place the bucket next to the shower door. This morning, I set the time to 1-hour and took a shower 1.5 hours later. I kept the towel wrapped and placed it inside the shower door. The towel was not very warm. Not sure whether the bucket gets warm enough or did the towel cool off because I removed it 15-minutes after the timer elapsed.

Works beautifully

I have waited decades for a towel warmer because we don't have the wall space and electricity to mount one. This lovely warmer has a long cord and a spooler to hide it so it's ready to go whenever I want it. The towels are perfectly warmed, just as I imagined but shivered without for too long. Highly recommend it.

The unit works great and

The unit works great and pleases my wife very much with the luxury of warm towels. The first unit that we received would go on, but the timer would not work. I contacted customer service and unfortunately they were not able to fix the unit. It was OK as it worked up through 15 minutes, but naturally it’s designed to work Longer and we wanted it too. They immediately sent us a new one that works just fine and I have not one thing to complain about. I bought it for a touch of luxury and we are enjoying it very much.

Does not warm towels

My husband bought this for me for Christmas-Does not warm towels. With one standard size towel, you have to use the 60min setting to even get it slightly warm. Very disappointing-the 15min cycle does nothing. On the 60min cycle, the towel is only warm on some parts and not even very warm. Feels so much colder than if I had put it in the dryer for 5 min. Don’t waste your money.

It is a great product, I plugged it in and put my dry towels in and some of my kids socks. I gave them a bath and went to open it and the items were nice and warm. I love it. My decor matches it so perfectly. I will be ordering another one as this one is for my children's bathroom. Perfect addition. My mother stated this is extra bougie. I am elated cause I know it is.

Perfect gift!

Came nicely packaged with clear instructions. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who has everything. She loves her bath time and this towel warmer just adds to her pleasure. Very sleek looking warmer. She absolutely loves this splurge of indulgence!

When my boys were babies, I used to have a baby towel warmer but it was small and I was dreaming of my own. Then my mom asked my husband and I what it is we really would like for our wedding anniversary and I discovered this Zadro Aromatherapy towel warmer. As someone who is into essential oils and nature, this was perfect! It fit's up to 3 regular sized towels or 2 bath sheets towels. Of course when this arrived my boys were begging to try it out. I couldn't believe there was no more battling about them taking a shower, in fact they had a race who gets done 1st gets a warm towel. What a motivation haha

Does not last

Had the TWB01 for a year and a half. Out of warranty. Stopped working. No Lights. This unit is at a cottage and used when we use the hot tub. At most once every second weekend. So it does not see heavy use. Nice while it lasted. The Zadro warranty policy for Canadians is to take it back to where we purchased it. Purchased at Costco who do not supply this unit anymore. We are not going to replace it at that price for only 1.5 years use.

Works great, but doesn't last

We've had two of the large towel warmers. Each lasted about two years. The lining on the inside of the bucket on the first one started pealing almost immediately and then the heating element failed. The second one was working well, but again, the heating element failed after about two years. Given that there are no moving parts except switches on this item, it's surprising that it doesn't last.

You NEED this in your life

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Stopped working after a couple of uses

This was a wedding gift, so unfortunately I am past return date. It was nice while it worked and we were looking forward to utilizing it more; however, it stopped working very soon after we finally got to gifts and started using it. For the amount it cost it is disappointing being that I registered at ‘crate and barrel’ which is supposed to be a high-end company with reliable products. I’m personally upset for the purchaser that spent the money on us.

Nice for robes and throws

Function: great for robes, towels, or throws you will immediately wrap around your body. Not great for a towel you will use to dry off your body because the heat doesn’t get trapped and dissipates within 10 seconds. It is fantastic for a towel to wrap up a kid after a bath or a robe after you’ve dried off from a shower. I’ve also put hair towels in it and that can help dry your hair more quickly if you wrap your hair in it.
