Expensive Garbage

I have owned this faucet for 5 years and the pulldown nozzle leaks most of the time and had flat out broken three times. Customer service is terrible. Trying to get parts is just about impossible. I can’t even buy them.

Love this Blanco faucet. It matches my new sink perfectly since they are both from Blanco. It has a contemporary feel and adds so much to our decor.

Disappointed

I have been shopping on Build.com for several years. I bought everything I needed for a renovations and continued to go to Build.com whenever I needed household light, plumbing, and decorating. The service was always great. Since Ferguson took over, the service has changed significantly, like a different company. Pone waits are unreasonable for a business that relies on phone contact. Staff seems less interested in helping than I experienced in the past. Disappointed! I ordered the product that I needed but I don’t know that Build.com will be my first choice going forward.

The Best

Love everything about this tap. Far exceeds any other tap we've had in previous kitchen renos. The build quality is exceptional - really strong and sturdy. Pull-out hose slots straight back into it's possy with ease and love that the hose is not metal - very smooth operation. Changing from water stream to spray is simple and efficient and can be done easily regardless of the hose being engaged in the tap or pulled out. Easy to clean. I'm sure it will more than stand the test of time. Be sure to check the specifications - this is a "big unit"! Might not suit a smaller kitchen. Having said that though, I'm not sure I would purchase anything else, regardless of kitchen size - it seriously is that good.

Looks exceptionally good with matching sink color. Like the handle placement and overall height of faucet. Only one criticism, the spray nozzle could be a little easier to grab and pull down to use.

Love the uniqueness!

I absolutely love this faucet. I already had a Blanco metallic gray sink. Since my old faucet broke, I purchased this one and I love the fact that it's unique and really goes well with the sink. Highly recommend!

A year on we are very happy with our stylish tap. It works well. Love the spray option, full swivel function, and its stylish look. Very happy with it!

Looks Great

Tap is good quality overall. However the spray mechanism could be better in terms of material and the way it clicks back into the spout.

Great Faucet but watch out for the price

The Blanco faucet is great, but the price is a little high. My Blanco sink was cheaper.

Going to install it next week with our new countertops but looks great. Everything intact & arrived safely as packaged well.

I love this tap but haven’t even had it a month and it drips water when you turn it off. Ver disappointed after spending a small fortune and adding it to our newly finished kitchen

Needs To Be Replaced

Our unit is very similar but with a removable handle rather than just the pull-down nozzle. The spray nozzle components are literally coming a part and falling off. Sure, its been 10 years but now we have to replace the entire unit for approximately $600.00 and that's if I DIY.

Beautiful Design

I purchased this last year, but only recently installed it. It looks fantastic and functions well however I find the water delivery is on an all or nothing principle. It's very difficult to modulate the amount of water. The delivery is not linear it seems to be logarithmic. I've had cheaper faucets with better water control. I love these faucets even with this design fault.

Large stylish tap

Having only seen the tap on line I was surprised at how large it actually was. We wanted a pull out, dual function tap,( spray and normal flow) and there is limited choice for this with black. It is a little clumsy to pull out the extendable end of the tap, but it works well and seems well made. They do take longer to fit as well but we like the extendable option.
