Kit was easy to install. Doors are easy to hang and roll smoothly.

They were here in just a few days. But the second item that I ordered isn’t here yet and I haven’t heard a thing about where, what or when to expect it! Could someone please let me know what’s up with the rest of my order. Thank you

Kit would not work with my 1-3/8" doors

After I installed this kit, my 1-3/8" inch closet doors would not close without scraping. The 1/8"-offset hangers for the front door stuck out so far that they touched the back door. I had followed the instructions and checked them several times. I also double-checked the door widths to make sure they were not more than 1-3/8". I called customer service, and the agent was cordial but perhaps confused. He offered to send new front hangers with a 7/16" offset, which would have made the doors scrape even more. I ended up trying several hangers of different offsets, styles, and sizes from other companies, since National Hardware apparently did not have what I needed. None of them had wheels for easy height adjustment like those in this National Hardware kit. Finally, offsets of 1/2" on the back and 1/16" on the front worked. But by then the track was dented from so many attempts to hang the doors. The doors now will close without scraping, but they have a bumpy ride on the beaten-up track. I apparently can't get a new track from National Hardware without buying the whole kit again. So I'm living with bumpy sliding doors -- no worse than with the old hardware I replaced, but no better either. I know other reviewers have had no problem with installing this kit on 1-3/8" doors. From my experience, thought, I can't recommend it.
