After using it now for a few months, this toilet exceeds my expectations for the price. Look it sleak and exactly what I wanted. Short aspect ratio for a small powder room, yet full size seating. Flush is reliable. Doesn't stay quite as clean as a Toto but still a great value at a fraction of the price.

Do NOT buy this product!

We had two of these toilets installed last year. Every 3-4 months, the plastic strip holding the seat in place breaks. We have had to replace it four times. The plastic is brittle and extremely low quality. It needs to be made of quality material. Kohler sends an entire seat as a replacement, when we only need to replace a short 8-in piece. It is an extremely wasteful and frustrating process, all due to poor product design and materials.

Form Meets Function

The Kohler K-1381 is exactly as described on the site. The modern, clean lines are very attractive. Build.com made it very easy to get the measurement and installation information needed. The delivery was very smooth.

Excellent product

This toilet is well built and looks great. I initially hesitated to buy based on few reviews complaining about noise. I have no problem with noise and it flushes very efficiently. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a clean look and functional toilet.

Looks great. Nothing but issues since day one - water trickles into drain during use, dual flush doesn't function--doesn't fully flush-- and is inconsistent in water level and flushing power. Kohler has sent us 3 different replacement parts to no avail. Will have to bite the very expensive bullet and get another toilet. Phenomenally disappointed and irritated.

Agree with Frustrated Customer

There is a trickling sound when you start to use the toilet and although it at least is not a constant trickling, it is strange to pay so much money for a toilet that seems to perform poorer than ones that are less money.

stylish, modern, looks great

love it - compact, stylish, looks great, easy to clean, modern. only downside is the seat is slanted inward, which may be uncomfortable, especially if you have hip issues

Great design

I love the design of this toilet I purchased for my newly renovated hall bathroom. It fits in the space perfectly and looks beautiful. It is very easy to clean. It is not chair height, which I prefer, but it is still comfortable. I bought it mainly for the size and style, and it has exceeded my expectations.
