We love the shape of the door and ease of getting in and out of the shower. The quality and hardware are substantial and the door is heavy. We have a low tub. Only drawback is the width of the door. Just wish it was 34-35 inches. We did have issues with the packing of the door and the first door had a small chip and no hardware include. We think it was a door that had been returned. The second door was fine but when delivered, the packing was very torn up and UPS left it outside by our garage. We were at home waiting. No text, no call, no doorbell ring!

Don’t buy anything from ANZZI/SW Corp!!

The original glass was chipped along the bottom and a sliver was missing. I was instructed to contact the company directly with any issues and NOT to bring it back to Home Depot. After nearly 2 months I received new glass. Ultimately we found they shipped the wrong glass. After multiple emails that were ignored and 2 phone calls they acknowledged the error but refused to send a new glass because more than 90 days had passed. They referred me back to Home Depot to fix their mistakes.

Good quality - need two people to install and had to use better anchors than those that came with it

This is much higher quality than I anticipated, very heavy glass and beautiful looking. Our plumber recommended that we not install the bottom plastic threshold and just hold the glass up about 1/8 inch from the tub because it tends to wear out and get moldy. We did that and have no problem with leaking.

Does not hold water--literally

This door is ONLY for looks or for the sake of décor. If you take a shower in your bathtub it will not stop water from flooding the floor outside your tub. You need a full door to enclose your entire tub (akin to sliding glass doors) to hold in the water. In addition, they will charge you a 15% restocking fee when you return it--so do not get it to begin with. I am still waiting for my refund--less the restocking fee of $30.00.

Decent quality especially for the price. It works as expected. Installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. It would have looked better if the hinges did not have two screws visible from the outside of the tub but these are heavy doors and the four screws per hinge ensure that at least two of them are into wood studs. Also, when taking a shower, because the door covers about 2/3 of a standard bath tub, one needs to be a bit careful not to direct spray water past the glass door and unto the floor. Overall we like its function and looks.

the glass unit came well packaged and in great shape. I like the style and sturdiness of the hinges/towel bar. The glass is thick and looks good. All seemed well made and thought out. On the down side, the provided screws were a little short for penetrating tile plus backing and into the structure. The glass is thick and heavy so needs a solid backing. I purchased some longer screws. Installation was easy except, the instructions recommended a 5/8" gap at the base for the sweep. I followed that advise but found the sweep would have installed and better and tighter if I had used 1/2" gap or even a little less. I installed the towel rack on the inside to hang wet things plus a possible grab bar. It looks and works great over the one month I have had it. I highly recommend this door.
