Shopped on Line and came across New York Lighting. Compared prices and read online reviews. I ordered the Chandiler and had a great experience. Product was shipped and arrived on time and in great condition. Product was Great Service. Pricing and Quality. None
Lovely
The box arrived open and we were afraid it was going to be damaged. I don't know if this was a manufacture issue or a Lowes poor shipping but we wondered if it was a return that got repackaged. Fortunately it was intact. It makes a lovely statement in our living room. Nice quality.
Livex Product delivered damaged
Product was delivered unusable. Main electric cord was cut. I spent 2 hours unpacking and repacking this item. A pure waste of time and now I have no light. I have purchased thousands of dollars in fixtures from Lighting NY and their customer service has been excellent with past problems. Pictures have been requested by customer service and I immediately sent them. Lets see how this process completes. Beautiful light Delivered Damaged Product was delivered unusable. Main electric cord was cut.

The fixture fits strikingly well in a parlor or large entry hall. If you are a DIYer, you will need a second person to help you install it; it is very heavy. Design is aesthetically excellent for a large late Victorian house. The finish (just paint) scratches off very easily.
