Problem with sinks made in Brazil.

Purchased 2 K-2822-0 sinks for a bathroom remodel. One came from Mexico the other from Brazil. You can tell the difference just by looking at them because the one from Brazil is made using darker ceramic material and uses a slightly different mold. The problem is the Brazil sink overflow is not properly enameled and it's not a one off issue since I sent the first one back and received a second one that exhibits a similar problem. So now I have to return 2 sinks and find somewhere I can source one made in Mexico for the client, or convince them to use a different brand, because it's obvious that Kohler's quality control and manufacturing process in Brazil is not up to standards (at least mine, not sure if Kohler cares). The one made in Mexico is flawless so I only attached one picture to show what it should look like. You can't see the edges in the picture but they are white rather than grey.

The sink is beautiful and just as pictured. The shipping was faster than stated when I placed the order.

Like so many wonderful things Kohler, this sink is unique and looks stunning when mounted properly. I treated mine with a polymer for better water runoff so soapy streaks do not leave marks

Great deal, love the sink, but one was broken. Check the package while you have time to send it back.

Gorgeous sink and exactly what the wife wanted. The sales person was more than diligent in assisting me with these items. When I contacted him that one was broken in the box, he had a replacement shipped out immediately.

Was ready to order this from the Kohler store. Spent over an hour there, then they realized they didn't have it in biscuit, only white. Went online to Build at about 2 PM and was told the sink would be there in a few days but it arrived less than 24 hours later, which blew my mind. Particularly taken with the packaging from Build -- no use of plastics (thank you). Nice contemporary design of the sink. Despite what the woman in the Kohler store told me, these sinks are not made in Wisconsin but in Mexico.

Don't mean to be a killjoy but I have to tell you this stuff is great and looks great but after one year you're going to have to refinish it over and over again the Finish does not last I suggest going with the stone

Nice sink, verify size before doing your countertop cuts. The sink is clay and can vary from the published specifications.
