I bought this near the end of the 2024 season so I only used it for a few days. It is well designed, quiet and works as it should.

Good Quality for the price

For it's size, this cooler produces great airflow and cooling capacity. In fact, more than a comparable one bought previously from a large online retailer. Definitely worth the money, especially if you are space-limited or don't want to spend the money for a larger unit.

Not as cold as described

We bought this cooler for my husband's mancave. It was very easy to put together (my husband did that as I watched) but not as cold as described. We put the water in the tank as instructed. Now we didnt connect the waterhose for the continuous cold air but for the water in there it just didn't produce the "cold" air like said. Somewhat disappointed.

The pump that brings water to the top is very weak which decreases the cooling power tremendously

Buyer Beware!!!

Water Pump failed after a few months and just a few uses. VEVOR DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER. After multiple chats sessions, they were not willing to replace the unit and told me to return it to Home Depot for a refund.

It is not what I was expecting. It does not cool and it is better my regular fan. I need to go to the store and return it

My ac went out and i was miserable but thus works great even if it was 107 outside my room was still cold

I wish the fan was a little bit more powerful. Overall really good unit and keeps my doggie cool during this heatwave

Evaporative cooler fan

This has been amazing. I would definitely buy it again, on these hot summer days in GA it keeps the living room cool.

Purchased one then purchased a second for the other end of the house.

Very cheep plastic, arrived cracked in places and continues to break. Barely cooler than a regular fan. Just a bad product, regret buying!

Nice little machine. Makes the area cool but also damp. The instructions booklet was incomprehensible. Had to find a YouTube video to learn how to operate it.

Not an air conditioner.

The oscillation on this fan is a nice feature. But there was nowhere to put the included ice packs. That was wasted effort. This did not help cool the room, it just recirculated the room temp air.

This product seems to perform as I expected. Bought to us in an RV converting 12v to 110 for overnight parking without power and use in my garage when not camping. I think it makes a difference when working in my garage and it is pointed straight at me when it is 106* outside. Ice and ice packs really make a difference when in use.

The most thoughtlessly designed product ever owned

Where do I start? The fan is very noisy and not just because it's a fan; there's a lot of obnoxious noise from vibrating plastic. The fins for directing air up and down keep falling down so the fan is blowing on the floor. It leaks and ruined my hardwood floor. There is no shut off for when the water gets too low. There's not even an indicator. The oscillating fins stay on when the fan is off. It's difficult to fill with water.

Does not have enough power. Will return it for another hessaire

The vents on the front will not stay in place. I have taped them. The ice packs melt right away. I live in a humid area so it doesn't cool a room well maybe it will be better on DRY days. The unit is lightweight and quiet fan which is a plus.

I'd like to give it a 5Star but.. Horizontal fines closing by themselves making me add a stopper to keep them open.
