Nicely made haven’t used it but seems solid
I use to make crispy Dosa. It never disappoints me. Once you get to know to deal with cast iron its easy.
Very bad packaging
The packaging was so much damaged and the box was half opened. Expected a better packaging. Most of the tapes were coming off , looked like somebody opened it and repackaged it.

Love it love it and love it
Perfect Dosa pan. I tried it to make the crunchy Dosa. It does take good amount of oil first few times but somehow the later dosas come wven better once the pan is evenly heated up. Will surely recommend this product!
My new favorite pan
I got this for Christmas and love it. Got is seasoned up the next day, and I have used it every day. Eggs, pancakes, ham steak and more. I love it, use it so much I just leave it on the stovetop.

I don’t know how I lived without this! I’ve only made tortillas and I can’t wait to try pizza!
Perfect for what I wanted
I got this mainly for a griddle to leave on the stove top and it has been great. The cast iron is easy to live with and the shape & weight are just right. I worried it might be too small but no. Haven’t used it in the oven yet but looking forward to pizza creativity as well.

I used this pan to cook homemade tortillas. It was just the right size. Any larger it might have been unwieldy. It heated evenly and the results were perfect.

Great pan use oil before you use
Over all I love this pan however, please wash and spread few drop of oil before and after using the pan otherwise food will stick.
