Does not fit standard-size top-loader dispensers

Just purchased this product to be used with an existing top-loader water dispenser for 5-gallon water bottles. I specifically found for this product a response to a customer question explicitly stating that it would be compatible with my dispenser model (Glacier Bay BY569/BY570).

the first one didnt work well but the new one is great hot water when I need it . I'm satisfied with the water cooler.

Complicated

We bought this for our clinic last week, and the instructions aren't clear on setting up. That part isn't difficult, but the instructions gave it the impression it was. The water comes out of the filter slowly - only one stream, and one drip at a time. Not sure if that's a manufacturing flaw or if the process for rinsing the filter before install is incorrect - again the instructions weren't clear. The top part leaks, as well, which I suppose is why it says to not fill the top part when the bottom container is empty. It came with a plastic piece between the water jug and dispenser, and that seems to be for a standard water jug that isn't the Vitapur water jug; this was probably to make it more versatile. Once more, the instructions weren't clear on that.

Two things I don't like about it the lights on front are very blinding and water comes out slow but it keeps the water nice and cold

Confusing

Package arrived open. Also, product description was a bit misleading in that the item is a F8 but it takes a F3 filter which is harder to find and out of stock at most places, including Walmart.

Filters seem to have been discontinued

I initially gave a good review, but it seems the filters have been discontinued. The only ones I can now find cost more than the entire system. It's pretty crummy to keep selling the system knowing there are no longer filters available.

I purchased a countertop cooler this water bottle saves on delivery service also toting the bottles.

Filters

This unit saves a lot on water costs if you have to buy it. Only issue is Tractor Supply does not sell the replacement filters on their site that I could find.

Doesn't get cold and to big perfer smaller cooler like my old one.....

something wrong with the top lid

the top lid is not snap with the pitcher (bottom)/bottle.

We have this new filtration system and we love it! The only negative is the bottle doesn't sit snug onto the cooler.
