Replacing the same model. I like it a lot. Added a timer so it will come on before my morning shower and stay on for several hours to dry my towels.

Good size for the price. Also that you can get the electrical on either side is a bonus. Easy to install. Replaced 2 that had died due to old age.

Doesn't seem to warm the towels as much as the previous model

Eight years ago we purchased the Amba radiant towel warmer when we remodeled our bathroom. We just loved it, as it was always great grabbing a nice warm towel after a shower. Sadly, it just died a month or so ago. We were happy to see that Amba still made the exact same model, as it sure made the installation a piece of cake for me. After getting it connected and mounted, and using it for a couple of weeks, it just does not seem to generate the same amount of warmth in the towels as the previous unit. Don't get me wrong, it still warms the towel, and the towel rack is quite hot to the touch, but maybe it's just a bit less warm than the previous version. It's still nice, just not quite as luxurious!

Very POOR quality! Assembly required (making it non-returnable) in order to determine that it's cheap junk; 1 rivet nut is stripped (the socket that holds the bolt) so one leg doesn't attach properly, the electrical plate looks like a child painted it. AND, we haven't even tested it yet!

The best towel warmer!

Looks good, easy install but doesn't really warm towels other than where they are in direct contact with the bar. Takes about 30 mims for a towel to be semi warm

Perfect condition. Heats up much quicker than most reviews said. A really nice addition. I paid a little over 1/3 retail. We are very happy!

I am on Coastal California - and it's rarely ever warm - tho never bitter cold... The bath has a stone floor. This towel warmer is the bomb! To come out of the shower to the warmth of warmed towel is luxury! At a very reasonable price. Easy to install - we brought power over from the other side of the wall (put a GFI outlet on that outlet) - we did it ourselves. Re are remodeling our master bath - (with ANOTHER of these warmers) and this bit of luxury in the downstairs temporary quarters really helps out!

This towel warmer fits perfectly in our basement washroom! Warms or drys the towels/facecloths/hand towels while warming the room at the same time! Excellent quality and easy installation. The button to turn it on is conveniently located under the pole on the left. Love it!!

Towel warmer redux

This is the fourth one we have installed for clients. The Amba towel warmer work quite well and make exiting the shower nothing less than luxurious! Ordering and shipping was fast and problem free.

Gets pretty hot and dries towels quickly. Only regret is that we didn’t get the full size rack. Large towels overlap too much.

Contractor installed it for us in our newly remodeled master bathroom. Have it on a Honeywell programmable timer that we bought separately--it was recommended on the website by other consumers. Looks good and works well to warm our towels.

The quality of the towel warmer is very good. This installation is not for the typical home owner. Strongly recommend installation be addressed by a professional. I have over forty years in the business with an engineering background and found the instructions to be almost useless. Install the electrical outlet first with cover plate without making electrical connections. Insert the electrical leg of the warmer into the hole within the cover plate to accurately identify where the remaining four horizontal stanchions will attach to the wall with the use of a level. Mark and install each stanchion mounting base one by one. Suggestion: After installing the first mounting base, test for accuracy by slipping the electrical wire conduit horizontal stanchion into the cover plate hole and see if your first mounting base was installed accurately. If so you can then use a level to layout the remaining three mounting bases. After you have tested all four connections to the wall, make electrical connections and permanently install the unit.

wonderful addition to the master bath. we installed with a timer and it has not disappointed. hold two large towels with ease and two hand towels if need . but can hold much more

Gets super hot & fast! Looks great! I bought a 24/7 timer to go with it..u can buy any kind anywhere for around $20-30. Then you can have it fire up before & after to dry your towels! I'd buy again.

I'm in the middle of a remodeling and addition of a master bedroom and bath. I am planning to install this in the master bath. I opened the box and it looks great, As soon as it's installed I will update.
