Order the recommended parts to install

So far, this toilet seems to work well. I like that it is Eco friendly. I was worried about less water being used to flush but this does not seem to be a problem.

Well packed in huge boxes and works well

I know some people had complained about shipping damage, but that seems to be fixed.

Flush is noisy. I was surprised to find the flush handle was on the right side of the toilet. No one asked me which side I would prefer when I placed the order.

Beware of Shipping from Kohler

I ordered this toilet 2 times from Lowes. Both times the toilet came cracked. The second time it was in pieces. @Kohler-not sure what you are doing with your shipping and packaging but even though I wanted this, I am going with a Toto.

Excellent toilet! The install was easy and the insulated tank was just what I was looking for. Looks great and works great as well!

Who knew a new toilet could be so delightful? It makes no noise, uses no water compared to previous came-with-the-house antique models which broke and nearly confounded the plumber with their demand for unavailable parts.

I love my new Wellworth

I didn't think I could fall in love with a toilet, but I did. We decided to replace the design-y discontinued square-shaped bowl toilet (also Kohler) in our new condo when the plastic soft close seat broke and cost nearly $400 to replace. (Really?) I never liked the square shape which jutted out into our very small bathroom, and I hated the plastic seat cover, which felt flimsy. We had no need for a "soft close," and I longed for a good old fashioned sturdy wood one. We went down the rabbit hole of toilet reviews. Hours and days and several arguments later, we decided on the 1.28 Wellworth. (I admit, I was advocating for a more expensive toilet.) But I love the Wellworth. We've only had it a little over a month...but the flush is terrific and seems powerful. Impressive for 1.28 gpf. I love the little round (not elongated) seat. It doesn't take up too much room in our small bathroom. I think the little tapered tank is elegant and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant flush handle. This may turn some people off, but it's such a pretty little feminine toilet! I don't think you ever really appreciate a toilet (or anything else) until you have one you don't like, but I am loving this toilet. My only quibble (compared to the former, European-style dual flush toilet we replaced) is that you do hear the sound of the tank filling up after the flush for a brief moment, but this is really a minor quibble.

Great toilet. You will need a seat. Be careful. Do not get an oval one. (Not the toilets fault but my own) I’ve heard stories people make multiple trips to find the right fit. Who knew so many different seats. Yes annoying but again not default by the toilet. I was afraid of low flow new toilet but this one we have had for over a month. No issues at all. I’m so happy. There was the mounting piece at the very bottom the also needs separate purchase. From what I understand that’s how it works. Would be nice if it came with the additional items needed at an extra cost of course. I guess life can never be simple!

Really disappointed. This toilet is designed for a preschool setting for toddlers. It is way too close to the ground. Description should point out this weird height. Do not order unless you want a toilet 14" off the ground. Hope to return asap, not easy for an item this large.

I was a little worried about the 1.8 gallon low flush but that has been no problem at all. I wanted something nice looking and smaller in size and this one is perfect. Also, very reasonably priced.

Great performer!

This toilet works amazingly well. It uses very little water, yet flushes powerfully. It was installed 6 months ago, and I have had no problems. The insulation in the tank prevents condensation on the outside surface.

Missing parts

Great design and sits at the perfect height. The lid lock is a great feature and should be an industry standard in my opinion. My only complaint is that the flush creates a vacuum that causes bowl water to splash out if you flush too quickly.

I was looking for a space saving toilet for a small bathroom and I am happy with my purchase. Important to note, it is also shorter than the average toilet height. I like that it is high efficiency to save water as well.
