Shipping issues.

I received this toilet tank and as I opened it i noticed it was very poorly packaged as such a very fragile piece. The manufacturers box was inside of a bigger box with just a little bit of cardboard paper wrapped around it. Opened the manufacturers box and it's not protected at all. Tank just sitting inside the box, shattered into a million pieces. What a joke. I ordered this tank as I purchased a new kohler toilet last year and found a large crack in the tank after about 6 months. Long story short i couldn't find the receipt so I just bit the bullet and payed for a new tank. I am absolutely certain once I return this shattered tank and order another, it will arrive in the same condition. Seems it's a common theme with Kohler toilets. This is terrible service and Kohler and Lowes should be ashamed they allow this to happen. Pretty sure I'm gonna be stuck buying a brand new toilet cause they can't get there shipping and packaging process up to par. Very disappointed...

[Rewarded Review] Outstanding Tank!

This is a great product that we install on the 2nd and 3rd floors of many homes for bathroom remodels where the clients have had condensation issues on their tanks in the past. Perfect for homes that have limited AC in the bathroom and the water supply is cold.

Very classy toilet

I purchased this toilet while redoing my house post Hurricane Ian. I liked the style and design. Kohler has a good reputation which also factored into my decision. So far, I am pleased with this product.

Highline tank

Tank was shipped so fast. Looked nice with Wellworth Highline bottom.

The tank was easy to order, fast delivery and even came with all new hardware. It was a matter of removing the old tank and making the connections and seating the new tank. It took less than 20 minutes. It fits and works perfectly. I will definately do this again, if necessary.

Clean lines, I don't particularly like the gasket system between tank and bowl but if it doesn't leak, don't fix it.

Perfect Top Easy to Clean

The top to Kohler Kohler K-5393 Comfort Height Round-Front Bowl. Perfect height and flushes great. Handle is nice to touch and responsive. Don't hestitate to buy this 2-piece round, comfort height toilet.Also buy 2 piece easy to fix.

High quality toilet tank and as described. I installed it (easy to install) over a month ago and works perfectly.

Quiet, efficient, and trouble free.

We had three of these installed last month and they quiet, efficient, and trouble free.

Tank was exact match for previous tank that broke. Inside valves, flush canister, bottom gasket, bolts, and flush handle came pre-installed which really helped!!! Tank and internal parts are working fine.

Kohler is better

We have purchased American Standard toilets in the past. Kohler is a better product. It works better, stays cleaner longer, and looks better.

Wellworth Toilet

Purchased and installed this toilet several weeks ago, relatively easy to install, it replaced a 20 year old Kohler unit that always plugged up. Sorry I didnt repalce it years earlier. Works wonderfully and the price was right.

Small, compact and holds smaller amount of water.

Nice and small, but you only get smaller amount of water. Flushing sometimes takes 2 flushes to clear toilet bowl. So is it really conserving water?

tank rocks back and forth

The tank is fine however there are only 2 bolts connecting it to the base which causes the tank to rock back and forth if you lean against it. A similar Kohler toilet has 3 bolts to prevent this.

Water making noise when fiilling tank

We have three toilets, very nice, installed new in the house by the developer, lately one toilet is making noise when filling up, did not notice any leaks. Why the noise? Toilet K4467

This tank does not flush enough water. The first time we had guests over the toilet overflowed all over my newly remodeled floor. What a mess and am embarrassment. I want to replace it.
