Cools everything down quickly

Air conditioner makes load clunking noise when it shuts off. Cools space relatively well . High-speed fan noise can be objectionable.

It works very well. Wouldn't say it's perfect, but it definitely helped cool down my hotter room when it's needed. Recently, the fan has always stayed running instead of completely turning off like it used to. I have the drain going into a small, probably 3-4 cooler that I empty once per week. This unit runs 8-9 hours every night. Noise is acceptable I got used to it after the first couple of nights using it. #sweepstakes

Doesn't cool very well. Installation kit allows a lot of heat in. Does not come with foam for installation. The airconditioner has cool the heat from the hose and window instalation and try to cool the room.

[Rewarded Review] Whirlpool Portable AC

I bought this a few months before the summer heat comes so I can't rate its durability yet, but I have vented it to a window and tested it. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars on everything is that I've only tested its operation.

Cheap Junk

In A/C cooling mode, it runs non stop. I have another smaller whirlpool unit that kicks off after the room gets to the appropriate temperature. The window slide is entirely too long for a standard size window (as many others have stated in their reviews) Also, whirlpool has skimped on the screws, foam and other necessary parts of the window kit to save money, leaving you to figure something out on your own. I’m very disappointed and plan on returning it.
