Please don't waste your money on this

Had this washer about 2 years, it worked really well until it suddenly just didn't work at all. Paid to have someone come look at it and the control board is supposedly fried and they're unable to service it as the parts are apparently not sold for it. It's a ONE THOUSAND dollar machine that is not worth is money and I feel completely ripped off. I have always been devoted to samsung products, but being stuck with "nothing to do" about it, I don't think I can purchase samsung again after this, especially seeing as others are having the same issue.

Have had washer over and. Year now and I’m back in the market for a new washer had tech out a few time because the drum will not balance out dang near worthless machine

The washer is very easy to use. We love the large washtub. We are able to wash a full set of king bed linens, sheets, blankets and comforter all at the same time. It has really helped us reduce the amount of loads we have to do weekly.

I’ve had this washing machine for 3-4 years

My washing machine worked for 3 years and now the suspension rods stopped working, Samsung wants $400 just for the parts to fix it and all the available after market parts are junk and only last a short period. The design of this washing machine is garbage, Samsung should be fined for selling these and the customer support for Samsung is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Do not but this washer unless you want to spend endless hours trying to get it to spin out. Don't worry it won't, it doesnt matter how the clothes are arranged or the load size. I changed the tension bars didn't work, leveled it, recalibrated, nothing works. Only had it 3 years, and from what I've read I am not the only one to have this issue.

Worked fine for a year then stopped due to a voltage problem. Best Buy is coming out this week to hopefully fix it. I'm 57 yrs old, I've lived a lot of places and had a lot of washers. I've never had a washer stop working, much less one that's only one year old. I'll never buy Samsung again.
