Dryer was fine at first but less than 2 years old and it stopped working. It will power on but won't tumble. For almost $700.00, I think it should last longer than that.
Came broken
My dryer was delivered this morning and it runs, but there is no heat. I called customer service and waiting for them to contact me for an exchange or return. They said it would take 24 hours for them to get back to me. It’s very frustrating when your new appliance comes broken

drys well. However, it is the first dryer in 50 years that has no light inside the dryer drum. that is very disappointing.

Absolute junk. Stay away from Samsung dryers. I have Samsung phones, TV and tablets. Samsung stick to what you know best, not dryers. Within a matter of minutes of installation black smoke was billowing out the front, we quickly shut it down and exchanged the machine, however the replacement did the same thing.

My new dryer is a lot roomier than I anticipated. I washed the quilted cover for my large sofa and dried it without a problem. Clothes come out unwrinkled.
The dryer works well. I wish it had a timer view and the inside was brighter. Otherwise, great dryer!
