This thing is HUGE! I cannot believe how wonderful it looks and functions in my new bathroom! Shipping was fast and easy.

Overwhelms my small bathroom a bit, but it's worth it. I'm 6' tall and love a good bath.

In the process of installing it now. It is well built and can’t wait to soak in it. Coupled with tile surround and jetted waterfall shower. Will be an awesome addition of aesthetics and quality.

I can't review yet. I'm 1000 miles away from where the tub will be installed. The builder is now way behind schedule and the tub is still in the box. I will review once I see it.

Poor quality- poor customer service

Bought the Mariposa 36 x 72 drop in tub- the tub arrived in a cardboard box with no protective packaging or wrap. It was damaged with scuffs and scratches.

Have 2 of these tubs . Both side panels turned yellow . Side panels are discontinued. Tub is fiberglass . Side is plastic . Why would they still sell the tub and not side panel? Why not make it all one material so it dont fade ?

The tub is perfect for what we wanted and the price was better than some places we shopped.

Kohler needs to do better on shipping products.

Tub was shipped scratched, and the replacement was also damaged causing big delay in project.

Tub skirt fell apart

Excellent size bathtub for adults. Built for relaxation with arm and headrest. Lightweight but sturdy. Easy installation with preleveled support feet.

Poor shipping

Shipping issues with product. Delivery was to store and was late based on scheduled delivery date. Once late, it became impossible to track or predict delivery date. When product finally arrived, it was damaged during shipping. Second time around also late based to scheduled delivery date, and once again, was unable to track or predict delivery date.

Time will tell since it isn't installed yet, but it's what I want in my bathroom.

Spectacular Experience! Treat yourself.

What a spectacular bathing experience. It’s long enough! We ordered a 72” tub, no jets, with a heater built into the area of the neck and shoulders. Do not confuse this with water temperature. It is to help the bather’s muscles. There are perfect arm rests. Heel rests. Very roomy. The design of this Kohler tub is the best I have ever seen or used. I see people saying they ‘never’ take baths- no time. A mineral bath to soak tight muscles takes 15 minutes and not much water. A time-out for you to dim the light, completely relax and give yourself this gift of time. Stay as long as you like. It is also easy to get into or out of.
