Pay attention to electrical
Not good for older homes apparently? Keeps popping the 15 amp breaker. Going to upgrade at a 20 amp and see how it goes. From what running I heard seems relatively quiet.

21 years and going strong
I installed this fan 21 years ago in my bathroom. About every 5 years, one needs to disassemble and clean the inside of the box, romoving both the lamp base and the fan base. I also disassemble the fan motor, cleaning and lubricating it. When the fan noise increases, that is a signal maintenance is needed. There are youtube videos detailing this process. The 3.5 Sones rating never bothered me. You can’t even hear it when water is running. This is a great appliance that has stood the test of time.
Seems Like a Good Fan
This fan was fairly simple to install and seems to be working well. It's on the noisier side, but I dislike whisper-quiet bathrooms.

Great replacement.
I had the much older model, this is so much better. Easy to install, light weight, strong fan and quieter. Note for a new install you need the electrical wire housing clamp. I used the old one, otherwise I would have had to run out again.
