Terrible spec sheet, great sink

The sink is great, the spec sheet is beyond bad. I'm not sure why after all these years they have never improved it. So many measurements missing. Almost like they care more about money then the ppl installing the product...

Your spec sheet PDF on this page is terrible no heights for water or drain and the measurement from flood level rim to carrier arms is missing…. This is on your American standard site… Bring back the old spec sheet …

AS Murro wall mount sink

The simple clean lines and versatile applications make this a great choice in any bath setting. We chose the wall mount model and found it to add the right look and function for our needs. The wall mount brackets were a little trouble to use since not having pre drilled holes in the pipes that support the sink in wall. The screws used to mount sink seemed to be too long, while the head of the screws being too small, washers had to used to prevent the screws from going through mounting holes. Once installed with faucet installed we were pleased to see how good it looked. However on one occasion a family member perhaps leaned to much in the sink and it came off the wall and luckily didn’t break any water lines, but did break the drain prices as it fell to the floor hanging upside down and got chipped. We later learned that wood backing has to be installed inside the wall to help support the sink, and so after much more work and reinforcement we were able to re hang the sink in a better situation and glued the chip back in and sealed the crack. The other Murro sink we installed on another bathroom was spared the damaged since not being used as much. So before it got damaged we installed the same type of wood support in the wall to properly support it, and proceeded to reinstall the the sink to the metal wall bars, but as it was tighten one of the back areas kind of cracked but the other 3 mounting holes seem to be good enough. Nice sinks for any use and function without the hassle of cabinets which make it hard to work in. These sinks are open and easy to work on.

Unfortunately, we found that the area of wall side of sink intended for mounting was apparently too thin to support the weight of sink once installed. Owner decided on another mode and type after they cracked and fell?

Nice and quick handicap lavatory.

This went into a professional office that needed a disabled lavatory. It fit that need easily and finished out the toilet rooms nicely. We will certainly utilize the next time we need to finish out a client's facility.

nice but tricky

this is a very nice sink but make sure you get the knee guard i didn't see it and assumed it came with, well it didn't and had to order after. this is not and easy install and make sure you install blocking it will help. great quality
