I love my new bidet! Warm water, for me, is a must. I’m happy I went with the electric seat to avoid attaching the device to my sink. I plan on purchasing a second one for the guest bathroom.

The Ace is an excellent bidet. The remote allows for quick and easy customization so different family members and guests can enjoy a optimized experience. Installation is a breeze. It almost took more time to break down the cardboard box for recycling!

1) The Pros: It's everything you want in a bidet, and everything they promise. Good pressure and temperature variety, easy and unobtrusive controls on the side (plus a remote for adjustments), very low-profile.

Bidet keeps us from having to stretch our arms.

My wife has back issues and I have arthritis, The bidet makes it so much easier for us to not have to stretch and wipe.

Why didn't I own a bidet my whole life!

Great, butt one thing is missing!

It helps me do the job and keeps my butt warm in the process. My only wish is that it had a deodorizer and a pre-mist option. Self opening and closing would be a bonus butt I can live without that. Some nice gold coloured lighting to make the interior of the toilet bowl look like the suitcase from Pulp Fiction I would pay more for.

Great but needs a few improvements.

I love the feeling of hot water on my butthole. I love when the water sneaks inside and helps a little poopling out even more. I like how the nozzle cleans itself before and after ever use. I like how there’s a remote control and I like how the bidet dries my butt.

Can't go back

This bidet seat works well, looks sleek and is well priced (the price of a new toilet + this seat is less than integrated toilet/bidets on the market). I used the remote the first few times, but now that my preferences are set, just the buttons on the side are enough. Warm water is a game changer (I also have the non-electric Tushy, and the experience is not as nice). The only drawback is it doesn't work during electrical outages, unlike the non-electric version. I'm buying a second one for the second remodel.

Installation was easy after I acquired a 7/8” ballcock male to female extender. Has been life changing.

I love this bidet! Best purchase I made for my bathroom! It's easy to install! I wish the chord was longer, but I bought an extension and an outdoor cover for the plugs so water doesn't affect them.

Love the premise but the spray doesn’t reach the designated spots. Adjusting angle doesn’t seem to work. Like it anyway

Amazing Bidet

I have had no issues with my bidet. I bought this using my hsa and had no issues and it’s been an absolute blessing. I have saved loads of money on not using toilet paper. Toilet paper has always really bothered me using it and since switching to this bidet I feel more clean and no painful toilet paper anymore.

It’s good for what it does

I’m comparing this to our prior model (different brand) cost twice as much. The butt’s hole rinse is good. It doesn’t offer a powered rinse that goes inside, but I seldom used that setting anyway. It doesn’t offer a “exhaust filter” to neutralize odors, but that’s what fans are for. It doesn’t have a tank of warm water so the warm water temp doesn’t last for the whole rinse. The seat sits lower, thankfully, than our prior model. All in all, it does a good job. The seat warmer is effective! The remote is much smaller than the prior one we had. It could use some gripping rubber strips so the remote is easier to hold.

Between the heated seat and the heated water, both controlled remotely for temperature, neither I or my tush couldn't be happier. One thing I didn't expect was the comfort of the seat angle or the ease of installation!!

Easy Install and now I want more

Pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. I was a little overwhelmed thinking about it and let the box sit for at least a few weeks before I could muster up the courage to try and install it. As I have never touched plumbing before. I assumed I would run into an issue myself and have to call someone. Not the case. Totally a breeze to install and works great. Love the temp settings for the water, dryer and seat.
