Bought 4 toilets and have to replace new valves

Not flushing properly. Reached out to customer support and they requested me to leave a review prior sending me a replacement of the defected item.

Installation was ok ,but not fun. We love the Bidet toilet. Been wanting one for some time . Wish it we could have a lot sooner, but when we remolded our bath room it was the write time to get one of these. It works great and we are very pleased.

Leaks on floor during use.

Terrible customer service for a flawed product. Toilet developed a leak on the floor at an internal gasket. Plumber has to pull the toilet to diagnose, send video to manufacturer, receive parts, then return to install parts, reseat toilet and hope for the best. Cost to do so is nearly the price of the toilet.

Toilets great till something goes wrong

I had the toilet for a year, and the fill valve went bad. Anzzi will rake you over the coals about registering even if you had registered during the registration period. Be sure to keep your records readily available because registering will not be in the system when it comes time to have a warranty claim. Like other reviews the toilet has been down for over 3 weeks as I wait for a part that was not sent with the new fill valve. The appeal to this toilet was the warranty but not now :(

Better than a Toto with a better price. Best purchase ever. Had for 3 months now and very happy with it.

We have had this installed for 2 weeks. We installed it ourselves and instructions were easy to understand. We like all the features so much we order another one.

This is hands down the worse company ever I order this toilet they delivered it damaged I called them they said to install it and see if it works I hire professional help to install it the toilet does not flush they sent out replacement parts the parts delivered broke into pieces they don’t care bout customers believe this is not a company you want to invest your money take your money els where

I am very pleased with the features and functions of Envo ECHO smart toilet. It has 5 different methods to flush and multiple programs to provide effective cleaning. I especially appreciate the preflush which keeps the bowl sparkling clean. My only warning is you may have to have a larger supply line installed.

My only complaint with the bidet was, I had to hire a plumber to replace the toilet water valve to accept the larger hose on the Anzio Envo.

The toilet seems satisfactory

The product looks good and functions pretty well. I bought two and the sensitivity is different for each one. Plus, the customer support at Anzzi is terrible.

Easy install greatest toilet I have ever used.

Nozzle Leak after one year

The nozzle on my toilet has started leaking after just over a year of use. It shoots water at the user on startup. I should have just gotten a seat! I can’t find instructions on fixing other than “call a professional” but I live in a rural setting.

Easy swap & nice looking upgrade

Arrived in a week, well packed and secured to a small pallet. It took me about 2 hours to remove the old unit, prep and swap supply shut-offs. Setting, connecting and sealing the floor seam another 30 mins. The bidet works well and hopefully lasts long enough to justify the cost. Availability of replacement parts down the road is my only concern. Do your homework to verify dimensions. I used a Techtite elbow on the supply line for needed clearance. Helpful to have the swing as the braided supply line is very stiff. Happy wife so it's all good.

It is possible to miss your toilet!

Your tush will never be warmer and your undercarriage never cleaner than with this magic toilet. Once you learn what all of the bells and whistles do, it’s not difficult to operate and maintain. Family and friends get excited to come over and use our toilet (we’re not sure this is a great thing, so here’s your warning). We find ourselves saying “I miss our toilet,” when on vacation, if that tells you anything about how we feel.

Sitting on luxury

This bidet is really worth it. It does everything it says and makes me feel so comfortable and luxurious everytime I use the restroom. It's sleek, quiet but a powerhouse. Guests love coming over and always ask about it because it leaves everyone feeling luxurious and clean.

Everything about this unit is great minus the seat. It is flat and not very comfortable.
