Electric toilet stopped working after 9 months of use

Currently in the process of taking legal action against this company by taking them to small claims court for not honoring their 1-yr manufacturers warranty for a faulty smart bidet toilet that completely stopped working only after 9 months of use. We've been back and forth for weeks as their representative Jerry offers me..get this .. a $200 refund for a $740 smart toilet which as it turns out has a defect. Stick with Amazon, Home Depot and reputable companies. Stay clear away unless you want hassles and deception.

Customer service is terrible, was emailing back and forth for weeks until they finally told me your product is no longer covered.Loved the toilet until it stopped flushing on its own, now I have to keep unplugging it.old

Not ready to install

While the toilet looks nice, it does NOT include everything you need to install it. They ask you to replace your existing water supply valve on the wall with their valve (because it has a filter in it?). However, the outlet of their valve is a non-standard size (11/16" instead of the standard 7/8" toilet hose). This requires you to find a 11/16" female to 7/8" Male adaptor; again not a standard size that is easy to find. They should either include the adaptor or make the valve a standard size in the first place. In addition, the installation instruction does not indicate where the toilet hose connects and there is no open fitting visible on the toilet. The only possibility I can see is something the installation indicates is a drain plug for maintentance. Removing the cap for this, it appears to be ~3/8" but a 3/8" fitting doesn't attach so is probably aniother non-standard size. What should be an easy installtion isn't because the right parts are not supplied. I can't even try out the toilet's functionality since I can't install it. I would NOT recommend buying this toilet.

No spare parts if you do not have order id

I have this toilet for about 2 years now and was happy with it until the lid broke. I do not know where to purchase spare parts- lid only. After 2 years I can no longer find the order number or exact website where it was purchased from but I am sure it is the Homary Smart toilet bidet. The toilet is not cheap and if it does not provide replacement parts please be aware of the purchase. I am stuck now with the toiler without lid.

Poor build quality of moving parts

Pour build quality's, only installed 3 weeks and the plastic hinge on the toilet seat has already broken. Units was installed in an ensuite and the hinge didn't break from over use. For the money you will spend on a smart toilet compared to a ordinary toilet you would expect that the product would be fit for use and a bit more robust. The smart stuff is great but not much use if the product falls apart.Homary return policy is not much goo.d.

It’s definitely a luxury item, I love how much cleaner you feel after using the bidet, installation was easy. I think the seat warmer is going to be nice in winter haha! The automatic flush is brilliant i think that’s it best feature. You can turn the temperature of the water up and down. I thought there was a female wash but it doesn’t reach forward enough.

Our toilet was original with the home (1985-ish) and was on its last flush. We decided to splurge and got the Homary toilet with bidet and we LOVE it! My housemate has named it "the G'Day Bidet" ... and I'm scared to ask why!

Should have got one long ago

Wish I'd got one of these years ago. Very clever unit. The inbuilt cistern makes it very stylish and the functions are really great - automated seat raise, heated seat, bidet, dryer and so on.
