I wanted the one in the photo that I ordered and they sent me the Emerson brand and it is not the same ?
This is our standard cross our community.
We are a mid sized apartment community and we use this product with our residential radiant heat systems in over 300 apartment homes. It has heat and cool settings. We only use the heat settings as we have wall unit air conditioners and it works great. It is simple to use for our residents and we are happy with our continued use of this product.

**Cool Only**
As of this writing, it is not clearly stated that this thermostat is cooling only and that in the description under "uses", says oil and gas. I needed to return them, beyond the 30 day allowance therefore called Customer Service and spoke with Breanna, explained the situation and she was very accommodating to my needs.
