[Rewarded Review] Don’t Purchase!

DO NOT purchase anything from July.ac! This company has the worst customer service on this planet. They don’t have any way for customers to call if there are any issues with their purchase. Sometimes they answer emails and other times they completely ignore customer communication. Their return window is only 30 days and there are no exceptions even if the air conditioner does not work after 31 days. Their promotion ads are deceptive too. They show a wonderful sleek design, but neglect showing that the part of the AC that is on the outside of the window is bulky and unattractive. This company should be exposed for dishonest service and for faulty products.

Remote is light blue and chunky which looks dated. The white ac is nothing special so l was disappointed l thought it would look more modern. Noisy as well.

Positively beautiful unit

I got this last summer and I cannot say how nice it looks. Everyone who walks in comments on it. I got it in the wood finish. Beyond that, the installation was super easy and it works just about how I expect it should. Highly recommend to finally get a better window ac!!

Plexiglass is a great innovation

I've had window A/Cs for decades, and I hate the accordion side panels that all of the others come with. Every time I've had to replace a unit over the years, I've had to pay hundreds of dollars for someone to come in and custom make the plexiglass sides. With the July, I was so happy with the easy plexiglass installation. They have come up with a really clever system that doesn't even require measurement. And it is substantially CHEAPER! I love my unit. Thank you.

A great AC.

July exceeded my expectations! it cools my space with some real power, and its design is just so much chicer than anything I've had before. Installation was a cinch, I was even able to do it myself which was definitely not the case with my old A/C!

Don't even think about another A/C!

From its stylish aesthetic to the easy installation process, July checks all the boxes. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful + Effective

It was the sleek appearance of this window AC that caught my eye, but it delivers on performance too. I also have been using the WiFi features, and that works really well too.

Loving it

all in all it is a great a/c. it looks nice and does a great job cooling the room. my only qualms are that it does not seem especially quiet (though i have not had an a/c that is especially quiet) and the controls are not especially intuitive - however once you figure out what all the modes and functions do, it is nice to have the options.

Aesthetically pleasing, but intermittently sqeals

Looks great and I plan to order the clear side panels, but within a week it started intermittently squealing.

Installation as easy as advertised

The straightforward installation is really something special, and I've installed so many of these things before. Other than that, it works much like another A/C, but just for the installation itself, I'll be getting 2 more for the rest of the house.

Great cooling power and good looks

I'm impressed with how well this window air conditioner cools my room - it's night and day with my old LG. The fact that it looks great, installs effortlessly, and connects seamlessly to my WiFi network means it was well worth the upgrade. Good job!

Great air conditioner!

I live in the Pacific Northwest where most older (and many newer) houses and apartment buildings don't have central air. I resisted AC for 26 years, but the climate has changed because of global warming, I am getting older, and I just can't take sustained 95+ degree heat waves.

I've never said this before: it's a beautiful AC!

I LOVE the sleek design of my July! It isn't ugly like all the others, and the cooling performance is top notch. The installation system made setup a breeze like they say, and the app lets me turn it on before I get home from work. Highly recommended!

Great Installation, but WiFi could be improved

It was honestly shockingly easy to install - I really have to give them that. It looks good, but I wish the app was a little more advanced. Its features are a bit basic. Looking foward to an update!

A Cool AC

I'm obsessed with the July window AC! I love the design, and the installation was easy enough for my husband and me to do ourselves. The cooling performance is top-notch, too. No regrets.

Smart and cool!

The July window air conditioner not only looks elegant but is a powerhouse when it comes to cooling. My old AC from Frigidaire was barely 2 years old but it just didn't cool like the July has from day 1. So happy with my purchase!

July sets the standard

July's window air conditioner is a game-changer in terms of design, I had first seen it in our friends' apartment and was immediately impressed. The patented installation system is genius (my husband has been installing these on a yearly basis for decades, and he was very grateful for the innovations). The cooling performance is excellent. It's not cheap, but definitely worth every penny!

A wood AC!!

I love the clever way that you can customize the color of the front panel - I've got a mid century vibe going, and was able to make my AC fit that style too. The WiFi features are the icing on the cake - I've got a cat and I can keep it cool while I'm out.
