What a piece if garbage

DO NOT BUY AMERICAN STANDARD. I bought this toilet and installed yesterday it. The toilet constantly starts to flush by itself. Worst product ever and calling customer service is not any better. Their solution is to send me a bunch of parts that I get to install. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANY PRODUCT BY AMERICAN STANDARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a right hand lever toilet for an ADA installation. Fit my bowl perfectly. It is not a fancy tank but looks clean.

Overpriced

Paid more for just the tank then I did for the whole toilet just needed a right hand trip lever

does not work right from the start

you would think after all these years american standard would have perfected the toilet but no! this was installed 10 days ago. already the handle is super loose and it is constantly running. they are sending me a new flapper to install myself. this is also not an easy clean toilet like toto. go toto and not american standard! this toilet is just going to be one problem after the next.....with plumbers costing $200/hr now it is important to get it right the first time!!

The product is well made and functions as it should

Great toilet with easy install

The toilet was routine to install. American Standard has a great video. The dual flush works great. You do have to hold the low flush button for a full 2 seconds like some reviewers complained. I think I can handle that. I was afraid the dual flush would complicate the install, but it didn't. The directions weren't clear about the 2 adjustment mechanisms - which one did what. I didn't take points off for that since I didn't need to adjust them.
