Don’t waste your money

The locking mechanism I believe is just a plastic circle. Looks like the plug lock goes into it and turns. But wouldn’t know due to locking mechanism was BROKEN when took out of box.

BUSTED, THEN PACKAGED...

arrived busted. someone had repackage it in a purfect box, fully knowing it was busted, and pieces falling out. VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND CONCERNED, for any future purchases...

Not sure where it was delivered but not to our home or neighbors. No photo was taken to try to identify where it is

Just mount and use. Dispenser is a little smaller than the picture. Due to its minimal size, it doesn’t take much space to mount it. Made of plastic. It might not be durable placing it in a high usage area. At that price. It's inexpensive to replace if damaged.

Works good love the size and al about it but 1 of 2 was broken at the hinges and they are out of stock to buy another in black so sad that I only have 1

It is small enough to use in my kitchen. It will be a big help when I spill something. I can just grab a towel quickly.

I gave it a 3 rating, not because of the item itself, but because the photo of the item shows it to be black, the box it came in states the item is black but upon opening the box, the item was white, When speaking with customer service, I was given the option of keeping it or sending it back but I would have to pay for the return shipping, which I didn't think was fair since I did not get what I ordered. So....I'm still debating whether to paint it black or give it to my husband for his workshop.

It is not rugged, but it fits standard C fold and multifold towels and dispenses them cleanly. I like that is small and thus fits where most dispensers would not. 5 of the 14 I bought had broken plastic ( they broke at the join line from the molding process) but Lowes makes returns low hassle. If you buy these I recommend getting extras.

I like the the healty asspect of having the paper towel dispenser to replace the day ole hand towel hanging in your bath being used over and over in a day, holding germs and bacteria. teaching young kids to wash their hands before exiting the bathroom. I've thought about ordering another for my master bath and kitchen. Lover it!

Delivered in a thin cardboard package and a standard poly mailing envelope.

It's plastic and I was not expecting that. There were a few breaks in it as well so I had to return it. The box was damaged so that might have something to do with things. I'm sick of calling anybody to talk about what's wrong. The girl who processed my return is great in the store.

This is a really good price and a wonderful product . I purchased this to use in my camper and I absolutely love it. It looks very neat and does not take up a lot of space but gets the job done.
