Good tasting bread

It is fairly easy to use. The bread comes out nicely using the recipes provided in the instruction manual. I recommend this bread machine. I purchased it online and it was delivered in good order. My only wishes are for a longer cord and a retractable blade.

I love how small it is for one or two people. I dont like the rest time in the beginning. It is very quiet.

This is a fantastic bread machine that is excellent quality. I’ve had mine for 15 years and just recently bought a replacement pan and blade—easy to do because this model is still in production. I store mine under my kitchen counter and lift it by its handle to the counter. It is lightweight, but sturdy, and doesn’t take up much space or move around the counter like other machines I’ve read about. The machine is quiet. Aside from a gentle whirring during kneading, the only other noises are a beep for any add-ins you might want to include and a beep for when the machine is finished. The pan has one paddle and the loaf comes out a regular shape like half a grocery store standard loaf. It makes 1-pound loaves that are perfect for 2 people. I usually make loaves once or twice a week. (It’s October and I’ve made 94 loaves so far this year.) In addition to the breads made from start to finish in the machine, I use it to knead doughs for loaves and rolls I bake in the oven, pizza doughs, and kneading pasta dough. Cleanup is easy with soap and soft sponge, but it is important not to let water get into the underside of the pan.

Machine works fine, not happy with recipes

The machine works great and it’s easy to clean and learn. The breads I’ve tried so far are not as good as I’d hoped. They are heavy and a bit dry. I’m trying to modify. Need to try some other recipes.

I love it. It makes perfect bread every time. Bakes evenly. After owning a cuisinart which was junk, I am so glad to have found this product.

Great machine - even for inexperienced bakers!

I’m very happy with this machine. I’ve never tried baking bread before, so my very first attempts were with the mini Zo and all of them came out looking amazing and delicious, which is very encouraging for a novice baker. I found the instructions clear and that by following them my breads come out perfect. I’d recommend it to everyone who’s never tried baking bread before, it’s very easy.

Ease of use, great recipes with this bread maker.

This bread maker was recommended by a friend who is a top baker. I wanted a bread maker that was easy to use, basic recipes and easy to maintain. Well this bread maker checks all of the boxes and more. The onion cheese recipe is SO good! We didn’t have the cheddar cheese, used Parmesan instead and it was fantastic. We had a power outage during the baking process and I thought the bread was going to be ruined. Nope. Still turned out perfect. Put this in your KA basket today!

Received the product in good condition. Tried baking and it went well. Wasn’t noisy as I had thought it would be.

Delivery was very fast at 2 days including a PH in between. Baked 2 loafs of bread using the recipe from the included recipe book and it was moist, soft and fluffy. the baking tin is also very easy to wash just that the kneading blade tends to get stuck after removing the bread but it doesn't take too much effort to get it out. The compact size is suitable for small kitchens and fits easily I to my kitchen cabinet. I am overall very satisfied with the bread baking machine.

Awesome machine! I use it everyday. My husband and I like to have bread for breakfast. I just put the machine on before going to bed and the next morning we have fresh bread. it’s so easy to use. I still have to try the jam option. I love it!

My first raisin bread was a success. Soft, delicious... not too sweet. 🤔 Much better than gardenia. Yeah, honestly.

However most of the time bread turned out heavier & dense unlike bakery ones light & fluffy. not sure is it I didn’t use milk powder which i can’t take due to lactose intolerant.
