Pay Attention To One Star Ratings

The diverter valve quit working after one week so now, pot filler is still running when the sprayer is spraying. Because of this, I can't get enough pressure from the sprayer to rinse out my farmhouse sink and it's become all but useless. We'll be replacing this with one that doesn't use a diverter. Beautiful, expensive, useless faucet. Reno took too long, so too late to return. Read the one star reviews. They all cover the same problem and I'm not jumping through hoops to fix it.

This faucet is not worth the price tag. Yes, it’s beautiful at first glance, but will quickly need to be dried off if you have the matte black version because the water splash spots never end. This is due to in large part to the sprayer that failed after 3 months. It’s not just a fluke - the other interspersed 1 star reviews aren’t all wrong. A shame, because it is an eye catcher!

We purchased this faucet for our new build home 5 years ago and it was installed just over 4 years ago. In the last six months it has basically stopped working. It started with a whining noise that continued to get worse. During this time the water pressure became less and less. We had it cleaned and the lines blown out in case there was a block. Turns out the problem in internal. We called and emailed Vigo. They said it could be the diverter. They sent a part to fix it which wasn't even for this faucet. The noise continued and the water pressure became less. After 5 weeks we finally got them to send a new part to fix it...they sent the same wrong part. Fast forward another 2 weeks and now the faucet sprays water for one second and then just doesn't let any more water come out until you turn it off for about 20 seconds. Contacted Vigo yet again. They said we would have a fix sent in 3-5 business days. We still have nothing after over a week.

Completely stopped working

We loved the look and function of this faucet when we purchased it. It was installed in our new build home four years ago. Several moths ago, it started making a whining noise and the water pressure would go from full to much less. We would have to squeeze the sprayer handle 1/2 way in and hold it to get the water pressure back. The noise continued to get worse. Eventually the water pressure would sometimes just be a trickle. We had it cleaned and the lines blown out in case something was blocking it. We found it it was an internal issue. We tried to resolve it with Vigo and they sent the incorrect part (one that did not go with this faucet) twice. Now the faucet will intermittently just not work from either the "pot filler" spout or the spray spout. The water might flow for one second and then just stops, even with it turned all the way on. While it is beautiful to look at, it simply does not function.

LOVE this faucet! It is well built and very sturdy considering how tall it is. What I love most about it is the double nozzle on it. There is no "button" to switch one faucet spout over to solid stream or sprayer so nothing to break!! The sprayer itself is has a very nice flow out of it which is great for cleaning those tough spots on dishes or pans. The only thing I would change if I were to buy this again is the color, I got the nickel plated chrome but the bronzed copper or black would have made my drawer pulls and floor pop with the whole kitchen even more. GREAT Product! You won't be disappointed!

I would actually give this product 0 stars if possible. After purchasing this, I did not install it for several months, when the current faucet I had finally failed. Too late to send it back, I thought. Since then, I've just tolerated it; The spray is the weakest of any I've ever had, when it works properly. Frequently, does not engage when I try to use it until I've pressed and released the lever several times. Then will not remove food debris from plate, or rinse the sink well. The spray handle often loosens from the hose, leaks. Also, before purchasing it, I did not realize that the faucet and spray could not be activated at the same time. I would not repurchase this.

Very high end look, feel, and function

I've had this installed for about a month now. I am updating and wanted a more industrial feel. This faucet looked great in pictures but I was unsure of the quality as I couldn't test it. I looked at many similar looking faucets at twice the price. I decided to give this a whirl. While I'm fairly handy, I had a plumber over for a different project so had him install it. He was skeptical when opening it but impressed when installation was complete. I have had zero issues with this yet and there are 6 of us living in my house so one month of use is a lot of hands turning it on and off. I most highly recommend this faucet.

Superb quality, precision performance, professional styling

I purchased this awesome faucet 6 months ago. It was far easier to install than the one it replaced and I was immediately impressed with its finish and construction quality. I quickly gave it a 5 star review, but after 6 months I've come to REALLY love this faucet, here's why:

Best of both worlds

Time came to buy a kitchen faucet for my new kitchen. I wanted a commercial looking spray faucet but there are times where the old fashion small stream is the only way to go. Decisions, decisions. While scrolling through the countless faucets of both styles I ran across this faucet. Were my eyes deceiving me? Could this really work? It was priced well and gave me both options and I had already bought a Vigo sink and was blown away by the quality of the sink all the way through to the Apple like packaging for a sink! As was the sink the faucet arrived well packaged with each piece in a cloth bag and looking much more robust that I had expected. This is a serious faucet! Installation was straightforward and it functioned beautifully for about two weeks then started leaking. A call to Vigo got me a replacement cartridge within day and I have no other issues. I like Vigo's quality and their quick response to service. Everyone who has seen my kitchen has commented on the faucet and I have recommended this faucet to all of them.

Very Beautifull but...

This faucet is beautifully crafted, the functionality however, is less than inspiring.
