We bought the Stainless steel non stick skillet early 2000's and got plenty of use out of it. But during the pandemic we cooked at home everyday. Well, everything I cooked was sticking to the non stick skillet. ruined many meals. When we reached out to All-Clad for advice or a possible replacement we were notified that it was no longer covered under the limited warranty. When my husband purchased the skillet it was a lifetime warranty. So for that reason alone, I will never buy All-Clad again. However, for those who hate throwing money away, FARBERWARE replaced our 2 quart Durable stainless Steel pot when the handle broke off. No questions asked... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARBERWARE!

Solid pans - love that they have lids!

Works well. Didn't think scratching would bother me but the scratches are prominent compared to my almost 20-yo Calphalon pans. I got these because I wanted stainless and a LID (so hard to find these days). These pans have been around for so long I figured I couldn't go wrong. I absolutely like them - just wonder about the scratching AND how long they'll hold up given that I run them through the dishwasher (I know I'm not supposed to).

I was looking for a very good stainless steel frying pan and noticed in some videos that the chefs were using All-Clad. This was just after American Thanksgiving so I began looking online where I could find an All-Clad pan in the Niagara region. Sadly I couldn't find anyplace down here that sold them but then expanded my search and found Kitchen Smart had all kinds of them and the one I wanted happened to be on sale. Although the handle isn't quite to my preference, I do understand why professionals enjoy this pan and I do almost as much. An excellent product available at Kitchen Smart. Thanks again!

An Amazing pan. I had always wanted an All-Clad. Made the leap! Cook evenly!!!! And yes, it is non stick if you know how to use it. I watched a bunch of videos on how to cook with stainless! You must let your pan heat up, check it by throwing a few drops of water on it and watch the drops roll off, then use oil or whatever you desire,,,,,,then put whatever you are cooking in it. I have used it about 10 times now. Would never go back! Cleaning is easy. Let it cool completely, then wash with warm soapy water. After that, small amount of Barkeepers friend works wonders....makes It still looks brand new.

How Did I Live Without This?

The package arrive, I opened it, did a quick warm sudsy wash, dried it and immediate put it to work. I have used it every day since it arrived and have had great success with each use. I have stir-fried veggies, caramelized onions, popped popping corn, grilled cheese sandwiches, cooked bacon, braised a 7 LB pork butt, made homemade hash brown potatoes just to mention a few uses. The pan performs beautifully and even when it looks like a nightmare to clean up, it is always very easy and shines right up. The size is perfect, especially for those things that say, "cook" in a single layer". I actually prefer using it on the stove than doing things on sheet pans in the oven. It's light weight but sturdy for heavy duty cooking. Love, love, love it.
