Damaged appliance

Refrigerator was delivered, but was damaged had dent on the front and side of door. I was assisted by the delivery man who told me he made a note of the damage he told me to report it to the Lowe’s I purchased. Photos of damaged doors are attached

Good deal

We love the fridge and feel we got a good price. The only recommendation is to improve communication on delivery. We had been told at the store to expect the item from 1-3 pm., and made plans accordingly. I was very grateful that the delivery came late in the evening. The delivery people were courteous and hard working, though clearly they had a long day. It would have been helpful to know the delivery would happen in the evening.

We really enjoy our new fridge! We were surprised to discover it makes ice in the bottom drawer freezer, lol.

Faulty Lowes' Software

Why do you mark something as delivered when it was not? The product damage was discovered before being removing all of the packing.

Water dispenser

Best feature is having an external water dispenser. The French doors are taking some getting use to and the hinges on the right side need to be replaced because they are too tight and squeak. Looks very nice and has great lighting inside.

Nice fridge with deep shelves

So far working great. It’s very deep compared to our last fridge so there appears to be more room. I had a tricky time opening the top doors. There is a recessed edge on the top and bottom of the fridge doors to open it. There is that overlap piece so make sure fridge is fully shut when closing. Ours is magnetic which is great since last fridge wasn’t.

The ice maker produces small cubes and the water dispenser on the door fills the glass slowly.

Samsung no longer sends a manual with the appliance. PRESS THE WATER FEATURE BUTTON FOR AT LEAST 30 OR MORE SECONDS FOR THE WATER TO FLOW OUT. DO NOT DRINK THE FIRST 3 GALLONS. THROW IT AWAY. I had to call the store and demand they print me out a Manual and send it to me.

Happy with product

Had a hard time finding this style of fridge that would fit in a lower space. Very happy to have a fridge that is not side by side fridge /freezer. So easier to see what we have in fridge

Nice fit - well-designed

It's so roomy inside and well-detailed, and it's one of the few refrigerator that's fits in our small space! It's also true to the ads: it doesn't show fingerprints like most do.
