Don’t waste your money

We’ve had the stove top for a few years and it’s a pricey item and we were excited about the Wi-Fi Connectivity although it never ended up working. The knobs are cheap and break easily and they’re advertised as being special LED lighted knobs. We looked into replacing the knobs and they’re selling online for $160-$180 for each knob… At that price we might as well buy a new stove top. They’re also advertised us being dishwasher safe we never tried washing them because of the light and as flimsy and easily broken as they are I’m glad we never washed them. Considering the price of this item it should last more than 4 to 5 years. Save yourself the hassle keep looking.

The worse stove ever!!!

Don't buy it, the knobs broke so quick and fall apart, cannot replace with universal knobs, new 1 knob cost $ 125. Stay away from this stove

[Rewarded Review] Lasted only about 4.5 years before knob went bad

After about 4.5 years the knobs broke. A single knob costs about 143 bucks. Not worth it. In my opinion a kitchen appliance when well maintained should last a lot longer than 4 - 5 years. I think that most Samsung products tend to last only as long as the plastic items are good. Once the plastic goes bad that's it.

[Rewarded Review] Horrible Cooktop

This is a review after using it for over 4 years. In the first year one of rhe knob broke off. This plastic knob was over $70 to replace. Then the small simmer coil stopped working. Since it’s not used as much it didn’t bother us much. Now the largest coil stopped working too which we need for cooking large size pots. Now 3 out of 5 are the only functioning burners. Wifi never functioned either. Now with out of warranty this expensive burner needs to be replaced soon. Just sharing our experience.

The cooktop does not get hot - Poor Service

I only used this cooktop just a hand full of times and it does not get hot. It takes 30 minutes for a small pot of water to just heat up, but it never goes to a boil. Service is terrible; does not speak or understand well and on the phone for 30 minutes to try to up a repair appointment. I still have to wait for someone else to contact me to actually schedule the appointment. Poor product and service.
