[Rewarded Review] So far so good

Wanted a replacement cooktop that fit in the existing cutout and had analog controls (knobs) and not digital. This unit fit the bill. Installation was easy. Only had it a few weeks so can't speak to longevity. The unit performs well so far, the burners heat up very quickly. I am satisfied.

They arrived early (as I expected) and had no problem lifting the item out of the truck and placing it in my garage. The workers were professional and friendly! They knew what they were doing. Thanks guys!!

Waste of Money - Poor Quality

I bought this product at Lowes in January, 2023. The top cracked just after 2 months. I called Lowe’s for repair or replacement and I was turned down. I called Frigidaire for manufacture warranty but was turned down sent back to Lowes. It was delivered and installed by Lowes. Paid $699 for product and $300 for installation. Both Frigidaire and Lowes won’t stand by their product. What could I have done wrong in 2 months. I have to spend money on another cooktops within a year. I have valid receipt and documents to back my review. Don’t waste your money.

Efficient and easy to use.

I purchased this model because it had buttons at the right side rather than touch buttons in the bottom centre. Two large burners and two small ones are adequate. One large burner also is rapid boil and can also be a smaller size. Burners are easy to see, Easy to clean.

[Rewarded Review] Cooktop Cracked Glass - UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Purchased 30" glass cooktop about 4 years ago coupled with the maintenance plan through Lowe's. While warming up a pot of water (on the eye for about 4 minutes) and heard a POP! The glass literally cracked from left to right all the way across the surface. What a shock! So, I called the Lowe's hotline and after a visit from the warranty repairman it was denied due to "cosmetic" issues. What?? Apparently. I was told they don't honor a cracked glass. I had a Thermador for 20+ years at my previous home and never a problem. Very frustrating!!

I think it's a nice looking cooktop and in the very short time I have used it 4 times. So it's really not enough time to get a real feel for the cooktop or if it has issues. Why not wait until after the warranty is over to ask for a review? Probably because the company knows that the sales would be much lower. Because consumers would have time to experience any known or unknown failures. If I win the 3k sweepstakes being offered for this review. I will definitely update but it won't change the outcome of my honesty experience of the performance of the cooktop.

[Rewarded Review] Just about the same stovetop

After seven years of heavy use and fireworks out of the burner switch we put our stovetop to rest. We were excited to go onto Frigidaire.com and find just about the same exact stovetop. We wanted to be able to drop another appliance into the same beautiful corner spot with little to no fuss or hassle and Frigidaire made that possible. Thank you very much.

this stove top electric range is not working!

we had to hire an electrician to check our electrical lines and breaker in the house but the stove top has a short because every time we turn it on, it trips the breaker!

After using another cooktop by Frigidaire for 25 years. Parts were no longer available to repair. I found dial switch, no touch screen, cooktop. We enjoy using it very much. Only draw back is it does not have indicator panel showing which element is still warm. it only have a general heat indicator. The previous one had which element was still warm. Overall, good stove.
