Produto apresentou defeito com 1 ano de uso

Comprei uma TV QN50Q60BAGXZD em maio de 2023 que veio com este controle. Agora que passou o período da garantia o controle apresentou problemas com o infravermelho e parou de funcionar. Em contato com o suporte técnico fui informada que não há reparo para este problema e por já ter passado o período da garantia eu terei que comprar outro. Existem vários outros consumidores relatando este mesmo problema.

DANGEROUS

DO NOT BUY. I saw all the reviews on this talking about how sensitive the controls are, but I determined it was probably worth it for how easy it would be to clean. I don’t mind that they are sensitive, but this is more than just sensitive controls. This cooktop is dangerous and should not be on the market. Because of the Digital Touch controls on this cooktop, it is not safe, and is incredibly frustrating to use. The function to lock the controls turns off incredibly easily; my dog has turned it off, and every time I spray the cooktop and wipe it down it unlocks. When condensation drops from a pot onto the stove, sometimes the burner turns off. I will be thinking something is cooking, and then come back to find the burner off. If grease or water or anything gets on the controls in a certain way, they lock up and I can’t use them. The other day, that happened, and I could not turn a burner off for several minutes. I had someone from Samsung come look at it when it was still under warranty, and he changed out the computer part, but basically said that most of those things were just how it is supposed to work, and they can’t fix it, so I’ve just lived with it for several more years because I couldn’t afford a new one. Now that my toddler is getting older, I am more and more concerned about it and I decided we just needed to bite the bullet and get a new one, so I reached out to them again, hoping to at least let them know about how dangerous it was and maybe get some kind of credit. All they would do is offer to send someone out to look at it again (on my dime of course) and replace it if it was determined to be unfixable. I told them I had already been through that process and was told that these things were part of the design, but that was all they would offer.

Bateria não dura

Não carrega pela luz solar. Após 2 anos de uso eu preciso carregar esse controle via cabo a cada 2 ou 3 dias, bateria totalmente viciada. Estou procurando um modelo com pilhas mesmo, infelizmente também tem um custo alto, acima de 200 reais.

For the price and time time to delivery this was an incredible purchase

Easy to use once you get used to the touch pad based temperature controls. Heat control below a setting of high is challenging because it's really just cycling on and off to achieve lower temperatures so burners are either on high or not. Precise temperature control this is not.

Piece of crap! Bought 2 months ago, waiting for my kitchen update to be complete. Installed on 60th day from purchase . Does not work. Samsung service could not help us and best buy (who lost a customer wont refund exchange or offer a replacement. Absolutely run from this product. Best buy sucks also!

Unit sucks. It didnt work when i purchased but it was after the return window for bestbuy before I had it installed. Contacted samsung about it constatly turning off. They blamed it on cookware being noninduction. My cookware was induction. I thought maybe i need a different induction set so i bought Caraway induction set and it still has the same problem. Contacted Samsung to get the runaround before finally send a tech. Tech came out and confirmed the problem. They said they were going to repair the issue. That sucks since i bought a brand new unit... Didnt get a discount for buying a refurbished unit. However l, as of today it is still not repaired. I contacted Samsung in November about the problem.

It is good looking cooktop but It will turn off

Do not buy if you want save your money,It is good looking cooktop but It will turn off itself while cooking and it is hard to turn it back on, Unreliable magnet touch screen technology. It can not be used for real cooking .

WORST Cooktop Design EVER

Just had this cook top installed - if I could give it a negative rating, I would. In order to get the two burner bridge unit, could not get knobs - thought OK it will be a smooth top - easier to keep clean. Nowhere did it tell me that if you try to wipe off a spill while using the cook top and run a damp cloth over the top and it TOUCHES the control area, THE WHOLE COOK TOP SHUTS DOWN. After several minutes after you get the control area dry, it will allow you to turn back on but all units will need to be started over again. In addition, my unit did NOT have a magnetic button included so it is only finger control. I HATE HATE HATE this unit and it is certainly not worth the premium price I paid. What a disappointment.

Happy with my choice. I like the sync control, the rapid boil and it looks great.

The magnetic knob is not going to be used, use your finger. It slips too much. Black looks cleaner than white and if stains, harder to see. DIdn't clamp it down, the weight is enough for it to not move. There isn't any 'rapid boil' setting. Wifi only works for more expensive phones. Tend to only use right two coils for all cooking. Controls need bright overhead light to see. Stove turns off itself in seconds if all coils are off. Any pressure from pan on controls is constanding warning.

Cooktop is goodish, delivery was horrible!

Cooktop is black which means you ALWAYS need kitchen light on even during day. You won’t be able to see power button or element dial. And also being black, you can’t see spillage so don’t know if cleaning missed something or if cleaning, how do you know it was actually cleaned as opposed to a white top?

Over, the stovetop is good. There are plenty of hot zones, and the elements heat up quickly. The versatility of the stovetop is also good.

F0 Code

Had this unit for 13 months, 3 months out of warranty it gave a F0 Code. Service Call $300 plus $350 Part to fix. No gurantees it will not break again NOPE!!!!
