I bought this a little over 2 years ago and from the start it was clear the standard of quality just wasn't there. The glass top shows everything that touches it. The surface is also not very durable. The cooktop we replaced was 25 years old and looked close to new. This cooktop has a lot of scratches from near day 1. Just not a quality product.

NOT AVAILABLE!

Never received cooktop. After 3+ weeks was notified that item was not available. Computer and Lowes installment people scheduled cooktop to be installed on a certain date. 3 days before "installation" was called about the no longer available cooktop.

This is what we use at home. Samsung just didnt put the 2 small burners, I dont think they are useful. So compressed with those 5 circles on top.

Bought this cooktop October 2022 and it stopped working (will not power on) in October 2023 !!!

Looks great and heats up quickly! Works well but burners are close together so hard to get too many pans on stovetop at once which is why o gave it 4 stars

cleaning the glass is a pain.
