Wrong Duct Size

The duct size is 7-7/8" outside diameter. The flexible duct that came with the unit is too small to use. TO find a replacement is a challenge. Further, when calling ZLine customer service, they say they do not ship with the duct anymore, and do not supply it. It came in the box, has the builder confused now, and we have to find a replacement.

I love love love this range hood. Its great quality, solid and very well made. I will be using it with my all white cabinets, white countertops and stainless appliances. I chose this because its eye catching,and different enough that I know I wont see it in anyone elses kitchen.

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

GOOD UNIT but do not use the flexible pipe included

Very powerful fan but only issue I had was the flexible pipe they supplied restricts air flow because the inside detention of that pipe was 6" even though it had 8" outside demention. I did not use that pipe instead installed it with a nonflexible pipe. It is working perfectly Now

Range Hood and Range looks amazing.

First time ordering through this company, really couldn't find any reviews online so I was a little worried at first. But my range hood and range I ordered they look amazing in my kitchen! Just received the items 2 days later after stated. However, I'd buy again from them and would recommend.

Lovely and so well made!

After hunting high and low for a beautiful range hood for my new kitchen I came across this one and was really pleased to see the price. It was just what I was looking for AND it included the fan system. I received it quickly after ordering and couldnt wait to open the box and take a look. I was thrilled to see it is just as lovely as it looks online. I dont have it up yet as my kitchen hasnt been started yet. I will take a picture and post here as soon as the kitchen is complete. Do not hesitate to purchase this. Its awesome.

Makes nice addition to our kitchen.

Spoke with a very helpful person at Farmhouse kitchen before I bought the item. Was so patient when my contractor had questions. was told that the item might b received in a week and was pleasently surprised when it arrived within 2 days. The hood looks great and makes a nice addition to my new itchen. I highly recomment this company and product.
