Be aware of where you live and what your building codes are . . . needed to add some 'fresh air' piping for my cooktop . . . supposedly this overhead fan was not sufficient. It's a great fan / exactly what I was looking for. Just wish the cooktop manufacturer would have put some 'warnings' out there before I bought that.
Was a fairly easy install, brackets that come with it are useless. You can't access them when in place. Powerful blower but very noisy on high speed.

The unit looks and works nice but horrible installation instructions and it’s impossible to mount it with the hardware given.
Very pleased with range hood with remote fan. Does a wonderful job of removing cooking byproducts.

The problem was shipping, it came in dented, so Z line manufacturing replaced it

So far everything seems fine. A little bit louder than i expected but quieter than the last vent. Install went well but tricky to get into a hood. Would recommend it.
Beautiful Hood.
Beautiful hood. Gives a pro cook vibe to your kitchen! Very powerful blowers are the workhouse here. The dual motors may require you remove the damper inside to reduce noise. The ZLine reps were very helpful, courteous and professional in helping us with this. The lighting is lovely. Definitely recommend!

Very strong and exactly what we were looking for! You can keep all smells out of the house with this high powered fan! It also isnt overly noisy, definitely gets the job done.

Light Issues
The center LED light didn't work upon delivery.
I've used this insert in several client's homes and they're always great. Strong suction, easy to clean, easy to build around. Can't find another of similar quality at a better price!

Great choice
Powerful and Quiet
Installed this hood and it might have been one of the easiest vent installs I've done. It's got 4 speeds, and even at the highest setting it's still quieter than vents I've installed.
Beautiful and works great!
I haven’t installed it yet we are building a new house.
