Very happy with this product and it worked well for what we needed it for. We purchased this one for indoor use even though it was rated for outdoor use because it was less expensive. The buttons are a little flimsy but otherwise we are happy with the quality of the product.

I've only just unpacked the range-hood and it seems to be OK except for the stainless steel trim. The shipping was evidently brutal and the shipping box was badly damaged and only held together by the plastic straps. There was no tape on the joints of the cardboard container almost like the range-hood had been removed from the box and repacked without tape

Terribly loud

I’m not sure how this has so many good reviews. This unit is terribly loud to the point you can’t use it and hold a conversation while it’s on. Home Depot should be paying the cost for the initial installation as well as what it’s going to cost me to remove it and have another one retrofitted to the hood. What a disappointment. Do your research people! I have been searching the web about zline units since this was installed and this issue is very common!

Range Hood and Range looks amazing.

First time ordering through this company, really couldn't find any reviews online so I was a little worried at first. But my range hood and range I ordered they look amazing in my kitchen! Just received the items 2 days later after stated. However, I'd buy again from them and would recommend.

Beautiful piece of equipment

This hood is absolulely beautiful. It works well and looks good.Plenty of lite, power and my kitchen installer contractor,who had never heard of Zline is now a big fan and is looking for one for his new kitchen. thanks for such a grea and functionaly designed exhaust hood.

Makes nice addition to our kitchen.

Spoke with a very helpful person at Farmhouse kitchen before I bought the item. Was so patient when my contractor had questions. was told that the item might b received in a week and was pleasently surprised when it arrived within 2 days. The hood looks great and makes a nice addition to my new itchen. I highly recomment this company and product.

Great value

Bought to replace a very expensive designer hood which had poked numerous holes in my forehead with its sharp corners.

Works great!

This hood works excellent! The fan is quiet but powerful and it’s easy to find a setting that is comfortable. The lights are great too. Installation was smoother than anticipated. Minus one star because there was not an option to install the outer wood wrap without putting screws directly through the side of the wood. The cabinet maker had several suggestions to hide the screws but none of them fit with the rest of the kitchen.

The hood range is economical

I bought this range hood insert a couple months ago for a remodel project. The fan is Awesome & pulls air quickly out! The draw back is the lighting is out dated & gets very hot quickly adding heat to the kitchen. They don't tell you the lights are Halogen! LED lights would be cooler & more efficient. When I Called to complain they said they would send a kit for LED lighting which of course never came. They did admit to the halogen lights were very hot so I just don't use the lights on the hood range! I had my cabinet maker make the cabinet that houses the hood range & it did work out to save ALOT of $$$$ rather than buying the entire thing on line! It looks BEAUTIFUL & I do love it just that one draw back!

Great Hood at a good price

I have purchased two of these hoods for custom installations. One 9 months ago and one three months ago. Both are working great with great features. I purchased units with built in fans and they are both powerful and reasonably quiet. I especially like the auto shut off feature allowing me a few minutes of automatic exhaust before shutting down. The lighting with LED's is also a great feature. Would highly recommend for custom installations.
