Water/ICE not dispensing

Purchased new refrigerator on 13th of Nov. during installation, water didn't get dispensed properly and the ice maker also didn't work(after 48 hrs). Called and complained to Bosch customer service. They told that someone will call and book an appt but it didn't happen yet. So disappointed that this is happening with our new product and no proper response from customer care.

This was our first refrigerator purchased and it has been an absolute game changer. The inside is well lit and the organization is top notch. The inside shelves have tons of space and there's plenty of storage in the main bay as well. The extra drawer has been a huge plus as well. It's easily accessible and like how it keeps produce fresher for longer. Freezer space is great too. Multiple shelves to keep things organized with easy access.

Water dispenser leaks

Water leaks out of the water dispenser after filling a glass. I love the product but this is annoying

The fridge that our house came with was not old or broken, but it was incredibly irritating. While it had the same Cubic inch capacity (technically) as this one, much of that was eaten up by the ice maker, the water dispenser in the door, inefficient use of space, and overly engineered shelves and drawers that not only took up space but required 30 minutes, a couple of tools, and a you tube search to figure out how to clean. Whenever we had to find something in there, it involved having to remove items because stuff was so jammed in there. It is just two of us and we are not super foodies or anything like that.

Unreliable, ultimately failed

After less than a year, we heard a banging noise from the fridge and it was no longer cold. We were told the compressor was the problem and it would take three more weeks plus a two-man service call to fix. After the service call, we no longer heard the banging and put all the food back in. It was maybe cold for two days, then no more fridge. Super frustrated as it's during a family celebration we are hosting and close to Thanksgiving. The thing is a lemon. Of course, just outside of the warranty. Would give 0 stars if allowed.

I was keen on this fridge because of its capacity and how open the inside was. I am shocked and more than happy with how long it keeps food. It has been the best refrigerator I've ever owned.

[Rewarded Review] 800 Series Easy to Like

Purchased a new Bosch 800 series refrigerator about 3 months ago. Running like a fine Swiss watch, so far. No problems, no issues, water dispenser & ice maker worked flawlessly since day one. Plenty of room in fridg and the freezer is roomy as well. The 'middle drawer we use for produce and seems to keep the fruits & veggies fresher longer. What's not to like? The only thing I can come up with is the "cheap feeling" plastic drawer in the fridge area used for storing cold cuts, cheeses, bacon, etc. Bosch should address that shortcoming. This 800 Series is Easy to Like!

This refrigerator is awesome. Not only does it work perfectly for refrigeration and freezing. The compartments are great ice cube maker is fantastic. It really put the final touch and my beautiful new kitchen. I would recommend this over any refrigerator that's out on the market.

This Bosch Refer looks great and is easy to clean. The wife loves the bottom ice maker that fills the tray rather fast and keeps up with constant use. The temperature control of the refer and freezer is easy but I wish it had an actual temp display. The only complaint I have is that I would like the full plastic tray at the bottom of the refrigerator to be two parts instead of one large one. It requires both door to be opened to acces the tray. A two piece tray could be accessed with only one door opened. All in all, a great addition to the kitchen.....

[Rewarded Review] perfect except constant drip from water dispenser

we love everything about this refrigerator except for one very important problem. the water dispenser drips for 15-30 seconds after using. sometimes out of nowhere it dispenses water. this problem results in water damage inside the fridge. we have to keep paper towels inside the unit to deal with the constant dripping. other than that everything else about this fridge is a dream. BB sent a technician to try and fix it but he couldn't so they sent us a replacement. still same leaking problem. they sent out a technician again and couldn't fix this 2nd unit. SO they replaced it again with a 3rd unit. same issue. constant dripping. we bought the initial unit 11 months ago. been a nightmare. returning for a different brand - wish they could have fixed the water dripping issue cause other than that we love the fridge. just can't deal with the water damage happening.

After looking at every Brand we ate so happy with this choice. Great functionality and no electronic panels to ruin appearance and fail regularly like other appliances we have.

[Rewarded Review] Best Refrigerator I have owned

We have owned various refrigerators since 1988, including a previous Bosch before this one. Unfortunately it was a smaller version and did not hold much product, especially ice. Another unfortunate issue was that the icemaker quit working, Bosch had appareantly discontinued the model, they actually sent 2 replacements and neither even fit in the door. Nonetheless, warranty reimbursed the entire purchase price and hence, we bought the current one we have now. This is a much bigger model and makes more ice than we can use. The entire unit has a lot more room, we love it. It is quiet, except when you leave a door open, but even that it not a loud beep. This one is by far the best unit we have ever owned, including from various manufacturers. We bought this one on sale at CostCo so even the price was awesome, we love it! We'll never own a different model if I can help it.

Awesome Fridge

Very Good fridge with enough room for fresh vegetables last longer. Ice maker water dispenser all working good for more than four years. Looks and works new. Two seperate cooling and freezing motors and pumps quite operation. Worth the price.

[Rewarded Review] Good and the not so good

Overall, we like the new 800 Series French Door bottom mount refrigerator. Good....there is plenty of room in the refrigerator for both large and small bottles. Everything has a place and the food stays cold. Bad....the enter drawer in the middle compartment is very flimsy and does not easily stay on the plastic rails. The ice bin container has a tendency to over flow and the ice cubes fall under the freezer compartment which requires one of us to get down on our hands and knees to fetch the cubes out. Not a fan of the ice bin.

Bright interior. Clear and flexible shelving options. Love the independent middle drawer. My only complaint is with the drawer in the upper portion of the fridge; it doesn't always slide easily.

I really like this refrigerator - it seems to stay cold and the controls are pretty intuitive. My only real complaint is the drawer in the top section of the refrigerator, it's rather flimsy and you need 2 hands to sort of shimmy it open as it doesn't seem to want to be pulled out; the plastic bends and I'm afraid I'll crack it. I also have an issue with the right door - I apparently don't use enough force to close it... or it's slightly off balance. The left door is fine and self closes. So it might be a me issue.
